Our shutters arrived in great shape and look wonderful on the house! When we had questions about shipping, you were able to answer them and tell us when to expect the shipment. We're very excited to get new shutters at such a great price!
Easy
Placed order online for a trim kit with a keystone. Order was held in "Preparing Shipment" status for 2+ weeks. Emailed customer service and got automated response the next day. Called Customer Service. They "contacted the warehouse" and received an email shipment confirmation within 48 hours. Order arrived in 5 days.
After opening the order was missing 2 items (adhesive and caulk) and the keystone I order as part of the trim kit did not fit the crosshead. Looks like they attempted to cut it but the cut was sorta close but did not match the cut pattern on the crosshead. I spent about 90 minutes attempting to trim and shape it with a utility knife and sand paper. Got it closer but still not a good fit. I installed the rest trim kit without the keystone. One other note, measurements requested for the crosshead were close but a bit narrow.
Contacted customer service to report the issues. Was told they would work on a refund for the missing items but since I had already work on making the cornerstone fit they could not refund my money. After pressing the issue a little bit, I was told to take pictures and text them to a number. I was told the pictures will be forwarded to the warehouse to assess and decide if I get a refund. I'm guessing that is $45 bucks out the window.
Very user-friendly site. Appreciate the online chat feature and immediate answers to my questions. Received the sample deck quickly and decided to go with the unpainted shutters. My shutters were delivered just under 2 weeks from the time I placed my order. They look great! I'm excited to get them painted and hung at our lake house.

Product came as described.
Several of the pieces were cracked or chipped, but we were able to work with them anyway. Other than that, the product was what was expected.

The crossheads that I purchased are perfect. Great purchase. The wrong glue was sent. Money was refunded and I purchased the correct glue at local Lowe's. All is good.
The corbels I receive were exactly as show on the site. They were delivered quickly and packaged well.
