I've purchased shutters and ceiling medallions from you in the past--I will be purchasing shutters for my son's new home and wanted to get the samples so he and his wife can choose their color. I've been extremely happy with my past purchases and customer service from AD.
I ordered the shutters for my son's home and he and his wife love them-they completely transformed the look of the home's exterior, and my daughter-in-law couldn't be happier with the color. I was a bit surprised at the price for custom-sized, straight-top louver vinyl shutters (seems there were less-expensive options if I wanted the cathedral-top shutters), but overall, they are beautiful and worry-free for them.
One of the reasons I ordered from you was because of the delivery date. You missed the delivery date by a long shot. Unfortunately I had painters coming and had to have them three times to finish the job since I was given three delivery dates. I do not mind that it took so long I just mind the slow crawl to the actual delivery date. I could have re-scheduled the painting company once. I appreciate your work but your company communication is a "0" on a scale of 1-10. Nobody ever contacted me I had to call you when I did not get the package. I was out of the country so I was doing all of this from afar.

I thought that for the price, each shutter would be an enclosed structure, and was surprised to find that there was no back side, which totally reduces the strength of each unit. Also, one of the shutters was damaged in shipment.

I had to order my item three times before it finally went through. Additionally, even though the item said free shipping, i was charged for shipping.
Products have not been installed yet, nor have the packages been opened. It did not appear that anything was damaged and therefore, I decided to wait until I am ready to do the installation. Your service was excellent and certainly worth a recommendation if the question were asked.

I found just what I needed, but the shipping costs seems a little high.
I was a little surprised how fragile the resin products are, but they are beautiful and as shown. I will probably go with wood next time.
Not so good service on rhe order status throughout the process. I had to email you all and ask you where the order was. But once located, it was a quick turnaroynd.

We bought a very large medallion 41'' and its warped they sent us a new one & we're very helpful but we still have to sand it down to fit flush to ceiling.
