It took a little while to receive the product I ordered but there here now and although we didn't put them up yet I think they were what we were looking for!
My only complaint about my order is that it was damaged when I received it. After an assessment, I decided to fix the damage part instead of returning it. It was an expensive item and also the shipping fee was $44 extra because of its length. I was hoping the packaging would be sturdy to protect it. In this case, the shipping carton was very thin and the product got damaged during transit.
I am hoping that you would look at the shipping carton and make changes to ensure that the product wouldn't be damaged during transit!
