I LOVE the newel posts that I just received, however, they are enormous, and completely take over the space. Obviously, the dimensions were listed with the product, but some guidelines (recommendations) would have been very helpful, like "best used for staircases the size of Downton Abbey," or maybe pictures of the two different sizes in place. That would have helped with our decision. I will definitely be back, though. There are lots of gorgeous finishing touch items we'd like to incorporate.
Some pieces of baseboard were cracked and broken upon delivery...likely a shipping problem and not a manufacturers problem.
