We realized that shutters would be a nice addition to our recently purchased home. We searched different sites and chose architecturaldepot.com. The quality is above average and the color selected is perfect for our home. The shutters were easy to install into the brick mortar. It would have been nice to have some instructions as to drill bit size, appropriate screw to use, and top/bottom of the shutter. There also could have been better communication once the order was placed/shipped. Overall, we are very pleased with our purchase and are purchasing additional shutters for other windows we initially thought we would not dress out. Thank you for helping us build character in our home!
Great colors and service

I emailed your support staff, because I was unable to find the pieces I was looking for in the appropriate sizes. I got no rely. Your support is less than satisfactory, but your product is good and I eventually purchased only one item, rather than the 5 or 6 I would have purchased if there had been better support. I decided NOT to go without the other pieces as a result.
I would shop your store again, provided I know *exactly* what I am looking for already.

Very easy site to navigate
The shutters we ordered are inexpensive, so not surprisingly they are a bit thin. Even so, they look good, have all the hardware attached, and ended up arriving earlier than the original shipping date indicated. I am anxious to get the house painting completed so I can see how they look on the house.
Product arrived on time. Already installed. Look great. Pricing is a little high, but all in all, very happy with the end result.

The product (aluminum peaked top gable vent) was extremely well packed. The dimensions were exactly what I ordered and the product was custom built with excellent craftsmanship.
I was given an initial two week shipment date but was notified that the date would not be met. The product shipped by the second estimated date (one week later). As this was a custom build and not a rush order, the three week lead time was no issue. I am very pleased with my experience with this company.
