The shutters were great. The caps for the screws did NOT stay on and we ended up having to put Super Glue on each one - this was a terrible mess and very time consuming. This was disappointing!

Wonderful customer support. I had difficulty in downloading the specific spec & CAD 3-D models. After speaking with the CSR I learned that the models I was interested in were not available.

It may help your customers if a profile off was available. But The CSR came to my aid.

In general a wonderful site and great people to work with. I'll be back.

Nice trim moulding, easy to paint and install.

No instructions came with bahama shutter telescoping arms, asked customer service, no answer. Shutters are also a different dye lot of Tuxedo Grey than the first order I placed for my front shutters, also had a different installation method this time that didn't allow for the nails to be covered by the cross boards as the front had been.

Good experience overall. My initial order of one pair was taking forever so I cancelled it and ordered a color swatch.
That came quick, confirmed my color choice and ordered six pairs. They ended up shipping on schedule.
