Shipping costs seem high for items which are so light in weight.
It has been a pleasure. I am a repeating customer. Shipping is always faster then stated.
We ordered the sample packet of shutters. The samples look fantastic. We will be ordering shutters from architectural depot in the very near future.

I placed the order but the on line system was never updated. I eventually found out the products were on back order. It was difficult to get a delivery date so I could plan installation.
The product does seem to be as advertised.
Unfinished shutters had several glue spots that were not visible until after staining. I had to strip the spots and re-stain. This is after I went to the on line chat to inquire if there was anything I needed to do before beginning to stain. I specifically asked about "mill glaze", but was told that the shutters were ready as is to stain. An honest heads up would have saved time and trouble.
The reason I did not give Architectural Depot an overall rating of 5 stars was because there was a shipping delay of 2 weeks beyond the 5-7 business days stated on your website.
I emailed your customer services department asking when the order would be shipped. The customer services department promptly followed up, notified me of the new shipping date, and my order was shipped shortly thereafter.
I was completely satisfied with the products and price paid.

Ordered a sample & had to put in my email address - then when I wanted to place an order it required me to set up an account but wouldn't let me because it said the email was already being used. Had to open the account with my wife's email. Mine is mtarase, hers is rtarase. But worked out in the end.
