It was good

I received my vinyl & copper cupola in good order. However the enclosed instructions are for the wood model, not the vinyl. I would hesitate to assemble the vinyl model with nails. Please E-mail me the instructions for the vinyl model. THIS IS MY SECOND REQUEST WITH NO REPLY TO DATE. This is poor treatment for having purchased an $800. + item. John H. Harrison Vincennes, IN

Shipping was faster than it says. Everything came just as ordered, and quicker than they said.

I asked for a quote on a custom corbel but never received it. Will have to cut down the one I ordered since I couldn't get a response to my request for a quote.

Experience was good and easy. I need to return the items I purchased however, so I am waiting for that process to be completed.

It was great.

Site was easy to use. Package was damaged on one corner, so the product had damage on both pieces. We waited an unusually long time and needed them for our remodel so we decided to go ahead and use the damaged pieces. Not ideal but what do you do when you are have a time schedule.
