Good selection - address numbers made the front of my house and mailbox look much nicer!
Super easy, understandable website
We received 2 sets this week and put them up and they look great. So we ordered 1 more set to finish the front of our house. Received the third set and put the up. Our house looks great
Overall everything went well. The shipping crate seemed a little overboard but I guess it's not worth taking a chance on damage in the shipping.
Item was disappointing but I just didn't understand (my problem) what I was trying to buy for my purpose.

Well they shipped promptly, but the product is NOT as shown in the pictures on-line or in their catalogue. The actual product has FEWER LOUVERS than shown in the pictures. I called directly and was told that the pictures are NOT representations of the actual products. So these do NOT match my current louvers. What a complete waste of time and money!
Don't buy from these folks because you don't know if what you see is what you'll actually get!

Customer service was very nice and helpful but I experienced several problems with my orders. One order was not in stock and I was not notified. I did not find out until I called when my order did not arrive. My next order came at least a week after the rep told me it would arrive. Very frustrating when I am trying to build a home and cannot move forward without these items.

Shutters arrived well packaged and in good condition. Color matches sample previously ordered. Have not installed them as yet.
