Easy to order, very affordable, makes all the difference in the world on our house. Arrived promptly, easy to follow instructions included. These are ideal if you're just looking to spruce up your look without spending a lot. We recently bought an old farmhouse and will live in it a few years before building elsewhere on the property, and these definitely give it a more homey look.

Two of 10 pieces arrived broken and two others were so poorly manufactured as to be defective. Architectural depot eventually replaced these four pieces, and one of the replacement pieces was also broken! I cannot in good conscience recommend this company to anybody.

What the problem with your shipping cost this is outrageous the material is light and the length is not that long why so much?

Love the product. Haven't installed them yet, but I think it will be fairly straightforward.

Ok after I figured out size chart. Doing on a tablet which might not be as friendly as a laptop.

Initially wished they could ship more quickly. Then the shutters arrived two weeks before they said they'd be shipped. I've since realized I'd under ordered and submitted a second order. Hopefully they arrive early, too.

I was looking for A 36" wide door pediment and your site had one with dentil trim - it will match the dining room ceiling trim!

Excellent product. The only complaint I have is that the Loctite PowerGrab did not ship with the order, but a couple of weeks later, and I had to go purchase from a local hardware store. Other than that, we had a great experience with your company.
