Our new ceiling medallions look wonderful. They are solid yet lightweight. Shipping was very fast and items were in perfect condition. We will be back in the spring for outside items for sure!

Had gone to another online store - had a ton of trouble getting the order placed - their website was not cooperating... didn't have time to dink around - came to your website - it was fast & easy and will be back again!
Just what i was looking for
Delivery came in two different shipments, the second shipment took 20days to receive, that caused project delays and major inconvenience; to the point I would be hard pressed to consider future purchases via this method again. The ease of purchase online, payment method, and condition of material upon receipt has never been in question any time I have used architecturaldepot. The excessive delay to receive the materail is unacceptable, however. And as noted, cause to shop elsewhere in future.
What I ordered wasn't really what I needed and I wanted to return but shipping was too expensive
Shutters were a thinner gauge than I expected

Nice products - some prices great; other comparable products very high (not sure why!)
Only Con, ordered on October 27th was not informed there was a delay in shipping. After two weeks I called to inquire where my order was. I was told it had not been manufactured yet and they did not know when it would be shipped. Order arrived on November 20th.
A heads up about delay would have been nice.
