They only issue I had with AD was the extended wait time for delivery. Took over two weeks to receive two door push plates. The product was fantastic as was the selection.

It went OK...
Good quality, good price. We just completed installing our new kitchen cabinets and decided the valance needed a focal point. We inquired with our cabinet salesman about ordering a similar wood carving from the cabinet company. By ordering from Architectural Depot, with the exception of needing to stain and finish it ourselves, we saved $400.00!
So far so good.

The order was easy to complete and arrived timely in perfect condition. I luv the look of the product. A few things that would have made me far happier though were a better quality primer, and more installation information. The water based enamel I painted on the surface several days before installation began to peel. I was glad it peeled before, as opposed to after, installation. I purchased a high quality, spray-on, primer from a local paint store after peeling the first paint off. The primer I purchased allowed the water-based enamel paint to adhere to the product. Thank goodness! Had I just purchased a high-end primer at the onset, I would have saved hours of work removing the peeling paint. So, I advise anyone who purchases the polyurethane products to buy a high-end primer before painting. Also, some advice regarding proper placement of the inside and outside corners would have been helpful. However, I am very happy overall with the product. The installed product looks wonderful and I'm glad I purchased it. I would purchase from Architectural Depot again.
Loved the corbels. When painted and distressed they fit into our decor seamlessly. Price was great and shipping very prompt.

Completely impressed with how easy the whole process was- easy to order, thought the pricing was reasonable and actually received the product EXACTLY the very hour my notification stated the product was to arrive. You cannot ask for better! And, we actually do plan to order more to finish out the other rooms.
Ordered shutters for my home. Excellent quality at an excellent price
The Faux Beams we ordered & received looks beautiful and looks like real wood. After we installed the beams on the ceiling you cannot tell that it is not real wood. The installation was very simple and easy.
The only problem was the warehouse shipped out the beams to the billing address instead of the shipping address which was different. It was corrected in a timely manner by company.
We needed some assistance about additional information for the product and the associate was very helpful resulting in us ordering this product. Love the selection that you have Can almost find everything we would need at this site. Will definately buy again
