Very good customer service however the product quality was much more fragile than expected due to the material. The material is not appropriate for the product and should not be an option.

We did a complete overhaul on our kitchen, even replaced some bones! These blocks just added the finishing touches and the way they were packed was safe and secure.

It was difficult to find a 96" post. Even typing in an exact description the search engine kept coming up with 48", Other than that everything has gone well.

The picture frame molding we sent for arrived in a very carefully packed box. We could find some in one of the big box stores nearby, but not in the quantity we needed, thus I went on line to find YOU! Each frame was carefully mounted on cardboard to prevent being mishapened when it arrive. Everything was great. The price was great and included a discount of some kind.

So far excellent. The "custom" designation of these shutters was a surprise and a misnomer. The higher price was not bad, but a surprise. Not Good.
