Customer Service Dept is a joke. My order still showed as "Processing" two weeks after estimated Shipping Dates (04/06-04/11). Shutters arrived ten days after estimated Delivery Date (04/11-04/16) on April 26. Tried using online Chat but after start of conversation no response for 30 minutes and I logged out. Email contact was just as bad. In ten days prior to delivery the only response was I will get back to you, no info from warehouse yet. First & last order from Architectural depot. Shutters arrived with a funky grey primer paint color.
