I'm very excited to receive this product! I did wish that there was an image of the wall panels that were installed on a wall, like some of the others had. But I'm feeling confident that these will look great in my living room.

You need to make it easier to leave your cart and continue shopping, it wasn't obvious how to return to shopping. Using Amazon to check out was really a nice feature.

I have bought something before and have been working with customer service but haven't gotten satisfactory answers. They didn't accept my coupon and haven't responded to my query regarding the missing part of my order.

Other than a glitch in the shipping information, my shopping experience was a good one. Customer service was good.

You guys have great follow up. I do this day in and day out and your attention to detail and follow up by letting me as the general contractor know when the materials are sitting on the dock ready for shipment and then again when they are shipped and even follow up to make sure everything arrived in working order is second to none.
