Only issue was I asked the Live Chat a question if the particular shutters I ordered could be painted. It was 009 Fed. Brown which was OK but just not quite dark enough to exactly match 2 existing shutters. Never got an answer after 20 min. I closed out and just went ahead and sprayed them a darker brown color. Should be OK.

Easy and price is nice. Product was just like that of the picture. Nice quality and just what I wanted. Delivery was as expected due to the nature of being specially made. All good things take time and this was a definitely a good over all experience. Thanks
