I had ordered the sample of colors and forgot to let you know when I ordered to have $9.99 taken off my total.

I liked being able to see the colors on the sample ring, but didn't like having to pay for them...I hope when I place my order (which I definitely will do!) I really get the cost deducted. It would be better if I can return them for a refund too.

However, I ordered 4 sets of 'paintable' shutters in WHITE. I received all, but in BLACK!
Called customer service immediately. They were courteous & professional. It was explained that the 'paintable shutters' are 'treated' and the warehouse simply pulls any color randomly and ships to customer. This is not clear on the website and needs to be addressed in my opinion. Saw white shutters and ordered them, expect to receive white shutters!
Though these shutters are paintable, I am concerned going from a black based shutter to my custom painted Bahamian blue (bright) will not match my existing shutters - of which were repainted on a white base. Well, we will see...
Again, website should make this clear upfront to lessen confusion.Thank you.
