The product was received when estimated. The shipping cost was high and the boxes were beat up fairly bad with minor damage to the product inside. The installation was easier that I was expecting. The finished job look great.

I looked at all the local stores but no one had shutters as tall as I needed. Found them here. They did take 3 weeks to get but well worth the wait, fit perfectly! And easy to install with everything needed included.
Awesome product!
Product is awesome and I will use again. One thing I would say is, when someone calls make sure the person knows the products they are selling. I talked to two different people and they could not answer my question even after checking. When I got the product it had what the guy said it dident. But great product.
My house now has shutters and my wife and I are satisfied with the quality. The site was easy to use and the price beat competitors.
Satisfactory as usual
After using your automated phone service I find you very difficult to do business with! After finally finding a human voice, and being cut off, on the third attempt I was finally able to find out the status of my order. I did finally receive the completed order. All products were finally received and were completely satisfactory. I do have reservations about future orders hopefully may never have to call again!
