My order was delayed for three weeks. In that time nobody contacted me to tell me the order was delayed.
It was left to me to find out where my order was and why it was delayed. This is unacceptable!
A customer should be notified of any delay so he may contact his customer and re schedule.

The longer shutters were a lil bent. Tried to put them in the sun & didnt work. Still was able to use. Also there was a few of the black caps & washer pieces for the srews missing. So if available it would great if I could get those mailed to me!

Shutters for normal sized advertised. I suppose it says somewhere in the front print the actual size but I didn't see it.

Received what I ordered didn't visuallize how big the trim was going to be I was going to return it but shipping was $100 and a 20% restocking fee not worth the hassle since I paid $150 for the trim
