Web site said order would ship in 3- 5 business days and I didn't receive it till almost a month later, with no confirmation of shipment, I had to call customer service to find out was going on with my order. Customer service rep never got back with me about status of order after I called, it showed up like 3 days later. Other than that pretty good experience with the ordering process and the product.

Nice product did not like the screw covers for head of screws very hard to close and stay closed. Seems like the screw head is to big
