I was pleased with most of my experience. However, I ordered a single corbel to verify it was what we wanted. It was and we were pleased with it. However, I ordered the second one and when it arrived it was significantly different from the first. If they were side by side it is visible. Fortunately, they will be 6 feet apart and these differences will hopefully not be noticeable.

Your site really saved me a ton of work. The color choices are great and saved me from having to buy shutters and then paint them. The prices are excellent and free shipping was the game changer for me. Thank you for providing these products!
Originally, I had ordered a custome polyurethane gable vent for my dad's house. Unfortunately, it was broken when it arrived. The great customer service and sales folks were able to help me place a replacement order for the same thing, but in aluminum. They also expedited the order for me, as we are closing on my dad's house sale in 18 days, and have to have it installed before then. The vent arrived in perfect shape and I cannot thank you enough for all you did. Major props to Elizabeth, Garrett, and Jimmy for all they did-you all rock and are a credit to Architectural Depot.

Easy to use website
Disappointed that the bronzed finish chipped off too easily. Product supports fireplace mantel and we have had nice compliments on the appearance.

Columns are very nice,high quality and easy to install.arrived faster than was quoted. Only bad thing was I felt shipping charges were high.
For your future customers:.You better make sure the product you order is perfect in every way and that you are completely satisfied...BECAUSE...shipping the product back will cost you almost as much as the product...
Cheaper than home depot, but rather flimsy. They were never able to give me a tracking number so we ended up coming home a day early from vacation so they would not get stolen off of our front porch. Had we had a tracking number we could have controlled the delivery from UPS. Someone in shipping should be fired for incompetence.
