Good quality and price
Zoom isn't large enough and searches don't always return what I am looking for. Also, there was slight damage to what I received but I needed to install it and couldn't wait for new ones.

I put in the product I wanted in your search bar and it didn't come up so I had to go back and start search all over again...
The product arrived after my project was completed-20 days after i ordered it. It was not well marked on the site that the product was custom and could not be returned. I feel that is something that you should make much more clear to buyers. Now I am stuck with a product that I can't use.
The ceiling medallion arrived in perfect condition. It has been painted and installed and looks beautiful. Thank you for the wonderful product and service.
