I live in Martinsville, VA and our Arbys is very unprofessional. Exposed underwear and a nasty food covered floor. Also a very slow drive thru even when the dining room reopened. We drove to Rocky Mount VA based on a friends suggestion. Best Arbys my family has had in awhile. The customer service was above par. They suggested a new spicy sauce and potato cakes. We will go back, at least, once a week. The Martinsville location has been consistently poor for a while. Let store number 6853 save your view of Arbys if you are a Martinsville native.
Don't get the sweet tea it tastes like mold and $#*! fr. It's so bad it smells too. Idk how long it's been sitting there for but it's bad

Buffalo chicken wrap sauce within was horrible! The chicken alone was good. But not with that kind of buffalo sauce.

I went into the Arby's on Dallas Hwy the general manager was very rude and unprofessional he approach me at the counter and started going off on me because of something one of his managers said because I refuse to have an affair with him which was the truth. I'm a paying customer but for you to get loud in front of your crew and embarrass me was totally disrespectful. This manager treats me f... up when I go to that location and I will never go back there and will tell my friends not to go there ever again because this man is a Narcissist and will give away all the food long as he think that he can sleep with you but the bottom line you never suppose to approach a customer like he did me as I was standing at the counter with employee name Cameron when he walked up and started saying things to me. I love Arby's but this is the worse one I ever been to because both his female managers have said that he tries to sleep with everyone especially the older lady. I have never felt so disrespected by no one as I have today. I know these are not the type people that Arby's have to represent them because how can you be a leader doing this. I was so upset I just got a sweet tea because at that point I was hurt by the scene that he made. I will say Cameron was very professional and polite
Arby's commercials are on constantly, the sandwiches look so delicious and the pictures on the menu on the website of the locations make your mouth water. I was excited to see the new fish nuggets, and this was the chance to try Arby's for the first time. My mother got a roast beef with cheese sandwich, and you couldn't even see the meat. It was completely covered by the bun and looked NOTHING like the pictures or TV ads. I got the fish, and though it was moist inside and not too bad, I could tell they were fried in OLD oil and not fresh oil. I can't remember what my husband ordered, but the fact that we couldn't remember means we will never go to Arby's again.
I have always enjoyed Arby's at lent as that's when they have that great fish sandwich and today I had the fish and chips, awesome. Now comes the hard part, please get rid of that awful Buffalo sandwich, you bite in and the chicken slides out onto your neighbors table

Tipp City Ohio location. Waited forever for food, it was cold with stale buns. I see they have changed their chicken breast chicken sandwich to two chicken tenders. Arbys used to be good, not anymore, I'll never go back.
The decision to cut the potato cakes from the menu was a very poor choice. I will not return to Arby's until they bring back the potato cakes.
Rude owner who is the manager has no skills very unpleasant experience. Run poorly doesn't honor promotions
This arby'slocated on broadway and the manager on is megal at least that's what he said. I uses tax exempt card and he told me he was going to report my card because it didn't have spouses card on it my husband is still alive it's supposed to still have his name on it I asked his name he said why I asked for cooperate number he said look it up and on top of that the place was nasty food all over the place place where they fix your order I didn't think to look inside till I got my order food cold and tenders hard he has a nasty attitude
Who would spend so much time & money to develop the Wagyu burger & offer it such a brief period that few people had a chance to try it? It's no wonder they've been in such poor financial shape for so long.
The last two times I've been to Arby's the drive-through help is absolutely terrible. I've been going to Arby's now for 30 years and now it seems like the employees just absolutely hate their job. From now on I'll just take my business to Wendy's were there appreciate your business and your quality is above and beyond all fast food chains. Pretty damn sad sorry Arby's you lost me.
I pulled into the drive thru around or about 8:55pm. No one responded, I waited and then pulled around to the window. I could see someone moving inside so I waited. A young man came and stuck his head threw the window and said" yeah what up". I replied," are you open because no one answered when I was at the drive-thru". He said," yeah we open we just having trouble with our speaker if your car isn't heavy enough it won't ding on the inside just pull back around". I pulled back around and placed my order( see attached receipt). I was told they were out of roast beef and only had chicken. I payed for my order and was told to pull in the parking lot because they had to make fresh fries and it would be around 5 minutes. I waited about 10 minutes before my food was brought out. The young lady who brought my food out kept looking back at me as I bagged out and was pulling away. I thought that was weird. However, when I arrived home and looked at my food. I figured she was probably doing that in hopes of me not checking my food prior to pulling off. The chicken on my sandwiches was dry / hard ( one sandwich had a cut in half piece and a very small piece) cheese was dry / hard, bread was falling apart, lettuce was old and the top part of the bun on each sandwich didn't have any mayo or nothing it was totally horrible. (see attached photo) the curly fries were burnt and hard. I threw those in the garbage before I even thought about taking pictures. The chicken tenders very small and hard as well. The only thing hot and fresh was the crinkle fries. I called them around or about 9:40pm to complain about my order and the young lady who answered the phone hung up on me. The poor, rude and unprofessional service is uncalled for and shouldn't be acceptable. The very poor food quality is also unacceptable and how does Arby's run out of roast beef? Mr. Jones
At one time, Arbys had the best straight cut fries. They still had the skin on them. You couldn't find a better fry anywhere. Then they discontinued them, but I could still get potato cakes, so I guess that's ok, as they are pretty good too. Now they're gone too, and all they offer is seasoned curly fries and crinkle cut fries that taste like they came from dollar general! Absolute trash. Now I get a sandwich there, and go up the street to get fries.
The only reason I ever went to Arby's was the potato cakes. Now they're gone from the menu. I won't return…
I was very displeased with my food. I worked at the V. A. hospital an was on my lunch break. I went to Arbys on got them 2for6 my roast beef was so dry an cold. My chicken sandwich was 2 cold an very very hard tenders an cold, the cheese looked like it was a month old. My curly fries was hard an cold. I couldn't take it back cause I had to be back at work. But never again. I want my $9.01 back
