Searching for well holding pressure tanks in an economy of supply shortages was tough but Aqua Science came through with what I needed! Also, the sales team answered the many questions I had about sizing of tank, piping, pressure, hook-up and asked me several questions that lead to the correct hook-up kit and fittings to send me. They were very detail oriented, not missing a step in materials that I needed to fit the tank in my house, even to the logistics of the delivery means of the truck needing to have a tail gate that lowers the tank to the ground. They wewre very polite and have their act together!

The replacement Pressure tank was updated with the poly bottom which is terrific because the original was steel and when in contact with concrete and moisture rusted terribly.

Ordered an Aquavar 3aS20 to replace an (over pressuring / different brand) older unit. Super easy install and purchase process. AquaScience had the best price of anywhere on the web and local retailers.

The pump works good and was quick to install. Shipping was reasonable.
I ordered filter media, gravel, and a drip pan. While waiting for my delivery I went ahead and took my filter out and emptied it. I checked my order status on the website and found that my order was in "processing". After several status checks I asked about the delay and was told the media was back ordered and expected in a few days. I asked for a partial shipment as I had enough media on hand to refill my filter. Aqua Science quickly sent the partial order and got my filter back in service. My only complaint is that the website didn't indicate the back order status when I placed the order.
They were very friendly, and happy to help in any way.
