I needed a Gould Aquavar Control Unit and I needed it fast because my well was not flowing. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and informative and got the Unit to me very quickly! Our company has been ordering from Aqua Science for a while and have always been please with the quality and service. Just recently, we had an problem with a part and contacted their service department. The item was under warranty and was replaced quickly and with no issues. These are great people to do business with!
I received a quote on the parts that were needed for my water filtration system and paid the bill and the parts and system was picked up by my service man and installed.
Everything was great and timely. My only complaint was the wire I ordered arrived on a half broken spool, the wire itself appears to be fine but could have easily been damaged and set my project back a week or two. That being said, customer service, products and shipping times were good.
Trouble with sign in. Went to guest and everything worked out.

I ordered a pressure tank 2 weeks ago. I called 3 times last week and 3times this week trying to get tracking information. I still do not have the product or tracking information and they took the money from my account as soon as I purchased it. I even paid extra for tailgate delivery and need to be there so it doesn't get left in the street.
I needed to replace my leaking non-bladder pressure tank at the lake house. The site helped me identify what the beast size would be for a new bladder tank replacement. The even suggested replacement supporting components that made the swap out much easier than trying to reuse old components. It would be a 40 mile round trip to the closet hardware shop if I was missing anything. I was very pleased to be back in business with better than before water pressure within 2 hours.
