Placed order and received the wrong pressure tank.

My well pressure tank showed up within the timeline of the USA states shipping days chart. Unit was double cardboard box and undamaged.
I received a shipping tracking number within 30 hours of my initial order (I created my order on the weekend FYI).

I was very pleased with the entire experience.

I ran into a few glitches while ordering a pH neutralizer from Aqua Science but every time their customer service team immediately responded. As much as I dislike when things don't go as planned, as long as there's someone to help get things back on track it doesn't matter that much that they happened. Every question or issue was resolved in much less time than expected.

Good little trouble getting valve stem though hole

The control valve/timer component is a duplicate of the original that will make replacement a quick and simple chore.

I was instructed to order a new product for warranty and I would get a return label sent to me. It was not. I emailed and made phone calls still no response I finally called a third time and apparently they had been telling me to call the wrong department and I had not received anything. Finally got a hold of the right department and the matter resolved quickly. Now I'm in the process of sending my item back thank you.

Great products, non existent customer service. Emailed several times for product selection help and technical support. Never got a response.
