The worst possible outcome. I have not received the pump.
Shipping cost of a replacement pressure tank bladder was rather expensive, shipping to Hawaii.
Aqua Science re-boxed it into a smaller box to save me about 30% on shipping.
That goes way beyond normal customer service, so to Aqua Science, I say "Thank You".
Customer service was very knowledgeable and set me up with the right product. I replaced it with Katalox Light about a week ago and my water guality and pressure have been great. Iron and sulfer taste went away immediately.

Jim was fantastic. He gave me clear and knowledgeable advice on pump and tank selection, installation strategy, and the adjustments I would need to make for my specific application. Add to that the fact that the price, delivered to the opposite coast, was still cheaper than anything I could find locally, and this was a total no brainer. I also know that if I run into problems during the installation, Jim is just a phone call away.

It took a while to get my tank (back ordered) but i wanted to use same style as i was replacing, but a bigger tank. They said it would be delivered on Monday got it on Sunday, hook up was easy now my grandaughter can take longer showers. 2 hr hookup
