I purchased an Aquavar Solo 2 'constant pressure' well system last year that does not supply a constant pressure when running for several hours. Citing the problem, Aquascience had no response. Thinking it was just a bad controller, I purchased another Aquavar Solo 2 controller from Aquascience, this time the next model up for $2,000. This one also does the same thing. I reported that, asking to open a warranty claim with the company that makes it, and they have ignored me, no response.
Overall bad experience. My well pump went out, I ordered a new one that day, 5 days later it still had not shipped, finally got in touch with a rep only to find out that pump wasn't in stock, and they're sorry for any inconvenience.

Well tank was leaking, found their pricing online to be the best. Jim /Serina answered all my questions and pointed me in the right direction for accessory parts as well.
As indicated in the title, no problems at all with the shopping experience. The issues are with timely shipping. I placed an order on a Tuesday and everything was stock. The shipment did not go out however until the following Monday. No explanation as to why. I was hoping to have product before the weekend, so this was not great.
Good selection of products at competitive prices. Had a small concern, and customer service via email was excellent. Only negative, is some of the stainless fittings are very poorly machined, so terrible thread engagement. Poor quality assurance from the Chinese manufacturer.
Everything was well laid out and it was nice to get almost everything I needed for the new well all in one place. When my order came in short a few small items Aqua Science offered to rush ship them out to me right away so I could still complete my well install that weekend. Thank you, I will definitely recommend and use Aqua Science in the future.

Once I got through on the phone, the operator was efficient, the article arrived with in two business days. Product as described was spot on. Navigating the website was a lesson in frustration and that is why I ended up calling! Would do business with this company again without hesitation!

This is the 2nd time we have ordered from Aqua Science and have been pleased both times. Product is exactly as stated and works well. Service is great and delivery was very quick. Would buy from here again.
Bought a pressure tank on Saturday, shipped on Wed due to it being backordered. Great price and super fast shipping once they had the item. Would have been nice to know that the item was backordered when I ordered, as it listed in stock I believe.
I ordered a specific brand of cation exchange resin, but when it arrived it wasn't in OEM bag, rather it was in a large green garbage bag with no markings zip tied closed. Hopefully it is the brand I ordered and aqua science just has a bulk container of it which they dispense. I'd give it two stars since I have no way of knowing I received the brand for which I paid.

They are always well stocked, they pack well, despite the rough handling of carriers lately contents are well protected.
