Wellmate WM-6 arrived with a cracked cap, but Aquascience really went above and beyond getting a replacement for a cosmetic component that even the manufacturer, Pentair, said they couldn't replace.

Customer service response was timely and useful. And shipping was included.

When we called and talked to Jim he was very helpful, he made sure we got what we needed. It was shipped the next day and received 2 days later. Even though it's not hooked up yet we are ready to go.

When my tank arrived there was some damage due to the handling by the shipping company (FedEx). I contacted Aqua Science and they took care of replacement of the damaged items right away. I was very pleased at the level of customer service they provide. Your business is important to them. They are my "go to" for all of my plumbing needs! Thanks Aqua Science Team!

When dealing with replacement parts (especially out of state parts) speed is a premium. Not only did Aquascience have what I needed in stock, but I found them because they were the best price. To my great surprise (and delight) they sent it out the very next business day. I am very pleased with this, and I'd fully recommend them to anyone that wants something from them.

I ordered some pipe 8/26/22 it was supposed to be delivered by 9/1/22 I didn't hear from aqua science by 9/1 so I called them to find out the status of my order and they said they shipped it on 9/1. I was going to use this product over the weekend and didn't have so l had to get it from a different location

The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and refer you to the right place within the organization. I suspect they are very successful and busy. Their pricing is very good, and shipping just as they said. My only problem with them is that I had to wait 2 days at one point to finalize the order, because the person who could do it was so busy! All's well that ends well. The order has arrived in excellent condition, and within the expected timeframe. Thanks for being there, Aquascience!

My order was flagged by Aqua Science fraud people. They claimed to have called and E-mailed me then canceled my order after not getting a hold of me. They did call but my phone does not let calls threw that are not in my contact list. They did Not E-mail me (Yes I do check my spam folder). I have ordered from them at least twice previously and I had trouble getting my order shipped before. I will not order from them again.

The price online was lower than others I could find and I received the tank in two days which is what was reflected on the website. Very satisfied with this company.

The site was good and ordering the only thing more I would like to get a ship date like stock ship 2 -3 days

In the 2 day delivery zone,, asurred on time delivery, shipped out from them 5 days after order placed, not a 2 day fedex delivery,, BUT a 7 day, No one returning my calls as of this post,, Young girls answering the phones,, make your own conclusion
