Woman I spoke to was very knowledgeable and helped me get the pump that I needed. It was in stock and was picked up that day and we had water that night (pump had to be put on Prudence ferry to get to us)

Web site was a little cumbersome. Main concern is I purchased a installation Tee kit. I picked the most expensive one that had a Square D pressure switch that I knew was a quality product. Based on the cost I assumed I would be getting quality American / Canadian products. Unfortunately, many of the products are made in China.

The tank arrived with no dents and when in perfect. Quick delivery

Received in a timely manner, have yet to install pipe.

The price was very good, ordering was easy & product arrived fast. The tank did arrive with a dent in the top but I am sure that was the shippers fault.

Previously I purchased a submersible pump from Aquascience and was very satisfied with the prompt attention my order received. Recently I purchased a few parts for installation of the submersible pump and again I was very pleased with the attention my order received. However, if there were one thing I would want to see changed is more shipping options available. For my recent order the only option was Fedex 2-day shipping. I would have chosen Fedex ground or USPS for delivery options if they had been available. Not only would this offer a chance to have items shipped a bit more economically but it gives the customer the option of how they want their order to be shipped, i. E., express, 2-day, or ground, when time is not critical a cheaper alternative would have been a nice option to have available,

After searching for a replacement for my failing well pump without any luck, I found the exact pump I needed at Aqua Science. They quickly confirmed that the pump was in stock in their warehouse and shipped it out that day. Great customer service!

Super happy with my new VFD pump drive. My Irrigation well pump used to rattle the building when it started/stopped. Now you can only hear the sound of water running through the pipes! Ran it through dozens of tests. It runs every valve station without any pressure drop. Showed my neighbor, and now he's going to buy a system. Aqua Science had a very far price & love the free shipping! I will buy from them again.

When I ordered a pump, the customer service person I spoke with by phone said she would watch for the internet order and ensure it would ship that Friday. Since I didn't receive a "shipped" notification, I called Monday and was told by a different service person that it would ship that day. I finally received a "shipped" text on Tuesday that it was finally shipped that afternoon. I lost 4 valuable days waiting for the pump to be shipped. I still haven't received it, so I can't do a complete review. On the positive side, both customer service reps were very nice. Unfortunately, what they told me wasn't true.
