Best price, could talk to an actual person to place the order. Knowing I was getting what I wanted, with quick shipping.

Ordered what was advertised as an unused return DAB pump. Emailed a question prior to purchase and was assured that the product had never been used but was returned. The pump was in terrible shape and had not only been used but abused. Took pictures and sent to Aqua Science and got a return shipment label. Packaged the pump up (much better than I got) and shipped it back. No response as of yet.

Simple...I ordered a pump and it was delivered about a week later...the way it should be!

Complete Water Testing kit was missing a major portion of it's content. And that was after waiting 4 days in the mail for it to travel 35 miles to me. I drove over to Aqua Science and they promptly exchanged it for a new box.

Customer service information was outstanding. I paid to extra charge for the liftgate service, well worth it! There was zero damage to my Well-X-Trol holding tank and delivery was right into my garage door.

I was ordering an item with free shipping but when I added another item it added $18.00 in shipping. Very frustrating I had to remove the other item will just purchase from Amazon you lost that sale.

Update: Aqua science not only responded to my comment but included the tape and sealant with the shipment and are working on a software upgrade to fix the problem. Great Job

Aqua Science was great, but Eye4Fraud was useless and an impediment to purchasing. My order was taken, supposedly shipped then I was told Eye4Fraud flagged my order. I was told they should have called me to clarify any issues, they never did. I was given a # by Aqua Science to Eye4Fraud. They didn't answer the phone and didn't return phone calls. Finally a Aqua Science employee was able to get through and straighten things out. I was trying to pay with US visa card with next to a zero balance. Apparently they flagged the card because I used an Email address I rarely use. I don't think Eye4Fraud is doing you any favors and you probably pay a lot for it.

The website is well laid out. Ordering was easy. They sent an order confirmation email and text. I never heard anything about the item being shipped or a tracking number. I did email for order status thru their site and never heard back. The following week a truck pulled into my driveway and made the delivery. I went thru what was sent and found some adapters were not there. I did call to get these items and a gentleman there had them sent out to me. I would order from them again but would hope the communication would improve.

Purchase went smoothly, the well pressure tank was well protected for shipping. The only shortcoming was tracking the shipment. No tracking info provided, but at least the trucking company called the day before and 1 hour before.

Pretty easy to find items. However, wish you would carry items typically used in the packages like 1/4" tee or gauge snubbers.

I have two structures with wells in a remote part of our state. Plumbers are non-existent. I had to replace well pressure tanks and T packages for both wells. Aqua Science had everything I needed, including educational resources to do the install myself.
