Had company service for years. A few years ago reverse osmosis replaced. Each year we pay for filter change. They changed their policy that any equipment over 10 years had to be replaced for them to work on it. This was a message loud and clear that they expect you to buy new from them every 10 years regardless of the condition of the equipment. Though they sold us the equipment at the very most 5 years ago they have no record of the sale but discloses they have to establish date. This sounds to me like a company who cares only about their profit and the heck with the customer. NO MORE AQUA SCIENCE for us. There are too many companies who want business. We read where they were having issues with their company, now we know why. Perhaps it's time to look at the saltless system, with a company who values their customers.

Bought this to re-place current WellmateWM-6 that I've had for over 16 years. Recieved pressure tank on time and undamaged. The quick hitch makes installation so easy, our old one did not have this feature.

The people at Aquascience, with whom I have talked, have been polite professional, and knowledgeable.

Had to cut sleeve apart at top to install to get over the control unit. Zipper rendered useless. Installed by taping seam instead of using zipper. Every other product on market is designed to come apart to wrap around top of tank. Terrible design and I would have never purchased had I known of this design flaw

We replaced our WellMate pressure tank, which was over 20 years old, with a new one. The quick connect feature was really nice. We're in our 70's and had no problems at all installing it ourselves.

Can you design a 2 pump wiring operating 2 Circ Pumps that will operate alternately during thru pressure switches?

The shipping was fairly quick. Would've been nice if it came with the necessary fittings for the tube that runs from the brine tank to the compressor but it didn't.

I have purchased other products from AquaScience and have been pleased. I had my water analyzed and system designed about 11 years ago but didn't order it. The ordering process was very fast. I had a few issues but worked through them.
