I was happy with the products and the prices! I had two interactions with customer service, both positive.
First I phoned and asked for a part that I did not see online. It was easy to talk to a real person and they were knowledgeable about the products. It was special ordered for me, arrived in a reasonable amount of time and my order was then shipped and I received it quickly.
When i received my order, there was a mistake. I phoned customer service and it was resolved immediately and without any fuss. Mistakes can happen, its how a company deals with them that is the real measure of good service. I will not hesitate to purchase again.

I noticed I could not find separate osmosis aqua filters to buy. They seem they have to be in threes are in a set.
The one carbon filter they sent, had a pinhole in it.
I've called for a refund, but I still have not returned my call after three hours

My well pressure tank failed unexpectedly, but I was relieved to find the parts I needed to install a new tank from Aquascience for a reasonable price. My order shipped quickly, and Aquascience was even able to make a last minute change to it with no issue. When I received the parts I was happy with most of them and was able to install my new tank. But unfortunately the pressure gauge Aquascience sent was visibly faulty. An internal metal part was warped and the gauge could not read any higher than 40 psi without getting stuck. I'd return it, but the shipping and restocking fees do not make it worthwhile, so I just bought a replacement at a local Ferguson store.

Called to place order, was advised they were out of stock but would find a distributor. In less than 5 minutes they called back and was having it shipped immediately

Their website provided the specifications and details I needed to make my selection, the pricing was fair with no tax and free shipping, I received email notification that my tank had shipped within hours after I had placed my order, I received it within 3 business days and they double protected the product with their own box that fit perfectly over the manufacturers box. Very satisfied, Thank you Aqua Science!

I ordered a low pressure cut off control for my jet pump online and expected to have to wait a week or two for the part of arrive. I was surprised to receive it in three days.
