I needed a new well pump and pressure tank for my house. The helpful staff were able to answer all of my questions and help me get exactly the right parts to get the job done without repeated trips to the store to get miscellaneous connectors or fittings. I am very pleased with my purchase and Aqua Science made the process very easy for me. I felt like I was a valued customer and that is becoming very rare. I wish I could rate this seller with more than 5 stars… I contacted seller about my need for tank and I am In Tennessee but shipping was not going to happen till Monday but somehow my tank got on truck so much sooner and FedEx got it to me about 2 days early… You guys are amazing… thank you so much,I have water running and wife is very happy
My items arrived on time and were as described. I had a technical question about the product so I emailed Aqua Science and was surprised I had a reply within a half an hour. I have not completed my project but I verified all parts were there and I would recommend Aqua Science to anyone needing watrer system products.

I needed parts to repair my Fleck water softener head. They had the parts catalogue online so I could find the part numbers. Had the parts in stock and shipped them promptly.
Was told it would arrive in two days. I took the week off to install. I had to drive 120 miles round trip to pick it up at the shipping company. It would have been the next week before it arrived.
