Good, I was ordering a pressure tank (free shipping) but when I went to add a pressure gage it went to $16 shipping on a $6 gage. Guess I'll get that locally. Took like 12 hours to get order confirmation email, that was a little weird. In the meantime I had sent a message to customer service and they were very responsive and helpful when they got it the next morning.
Minor Issue - Have to create an account when your billing address is in Canada and the delivery address is in USA. Cannot be done when you are a guest!
I ordered a replacement well pump to replace a 20 year old one. Out of the box it didn't work. Waiting on the electrician to check it next week. May have to return it.
Call customer service when you have questions as they are so helpful and knowledgeable. Items arrived fast and were well packed.

I will be able to give more specific information after we replace the old bladder with this new one. I wish there was an easier way to insert it into the tank. Apparently you have to turn over the tank and insert it from the bottom instead of through the top.
I like seeing the picture of what you get with the kit but I am not sure if I receive the tool necessary to tighten down the nut.
Other than the new pump not taking care of my irrigation issue, though no fault of the pump.
STAY AWAY! These people are all crooks! They will install old outdated equipment and put down new equipment in your lease! BEWARE! WATCH YOUR INVOICE. They will promise you the moon and then when something goes wrong with there equipment they will try and charge you to fix there equipment! YES THEY CHARGE YOU TO FIX THERE EQUIPMENT!~!~! Also watch were they dump the chemicals. They will dump it out on your lawn or in any ditch they can find! I have turned them into ENCON! They are under investigation! IF anyone would like to see videos of these crooks in action I have plenty! Especially the owner Steve who is a big mouthed man on medication! You can tell when Steve is lieing to you. Just watch his mouth! EVERYTIME IT OPENS! GOOD LUCK STEVE WITH ENCON AND EPA! You asked for it!

A pleasure to work with! There was an error with my order (shipping address wasn't entered originally) but one phone call and issues was resolved, tracking sent the next day, and shipment arrived promptly! During installation, had some questions and called back. Same great experience as the first call. Everyone I spoke with was extremely nice and helpful! (Something, unfortunately, that can't be said for many other businesses these days).

When I mentioned that I had no experience in replacing pressure tank bladders one of the folks at Aqua Science was more than happy to give me some very useful tips for which I am very thankful.
This is the 2nd time I bought the same item. Quality control on this one was poor. Was missing the clip to hold in the backwash drain connector so I had to pull the one off the old unit. Fittings were loose, control panel was popped out of place and there was actual dirt in the box. Once I resolved some of the shortcomings it appears to be working correctly. Just overall poor quality control.
Jim suggested a change to the pressure tank bladder pressure. This was a setup error on my part. It corrected the system shutdown issue. We also had an unusual noise. He checked with the tank OEM Representative and suggested a new part. Jim sent me the new part at no charge and this corrected the issue.
I've ordered from them almost 10 years and they're reliable and available to help with advice. Easy to order
