Aqua Science gives you all you need to install their units. You'll just have to pick up the pipe and fittings to install them. The free shipping on my new Softener and Iron filter made it really cost effective too.I did a lot of searching before ending up buying and this was the best deal for what I wanted, thanks!

The website is clear and the products are good quality.

Seems to have good products and easy to navigate site. The product was easy to install and came as a complete package with everything you will need.

My only suggestion for improvement would be a couple quirks in the website. It was a little hard to navigate through the large selection of fittings. Also, after spending time (~ 1 hour) choosing the fittings to put in my cart, then taking a short break, my cart was emptied. The second time through I wrote down the SKUs then used the search tool and filled my cart in a couple minutes.

I recently bought a batch of check valves for my well and pump business as I am looking to try different suppliers. One of the check valves has a chip on the sealing face and I am looking to see if I can get that one replaced.

I found everything I was looking for in logical places. So far so good.

Website is easy to use. And when I needed help in resolving a problem with my system, they were knowledgeable and helpful.

Called their store directly with some questions on a pump unit I needed to get. Customer service was excellent. She personally went and pulled the unit to get the specific info that I needed to make sure it was the correct model. After purchase, order was shipped promptly. Thank you!

It's installed and works flawlessly. Yes you will need to put some stuff together but that's why the price is so attractive.

Easy to find product, right product I was looking for. The installation and/or user manual must be improved, as it is this information is not helping anyone.

My 55lb booster pump arrived around 8:30pm on Tuesday March 5th. Delivery driver did not ring the doorbell so it could have been delivered an hour earlier, not sure. On schedule for installation on Thursday. This is my 5th Grundfos booster pump in 4 years, previous 4 Scala2 pumps failed with severe leaking within 12 months. I am relying on the 24 month factory warranty.

Price was good and shipping was fast. A few items broke in shipping, called in to tech support and got the two items being sent to me. I can't move forward until I get the parts and I look forward to getting this system going as the one I have been using for six years has not been the best.
