It was fast a easy to order from the Aqua Science website. I found that the many specially items here have significantly better prices than other online stores.

It would have been nice to receive notice of when Items shipped.

Customer service is personable and easy to work with! Items arrive safely packaged (without a lot of plastic!) within a couple of days of ordering.

Prices are greater detail about product is better than most and accessories are great quality. I received my tank in only 4 days with all the parts and Teflon I needed. I was able to install it in 2 hours plumbing and all. The tank is very easy to install

My order came a day later than initially projected, which was ultimately fine. An associate reached out to me directly when there was an issue with shipping information, which was greatly appreciated, and the overall customer service is quick with responding.

The products were great and shipped quickly and at a good price. Unfortunately there were no instructions other than for programming the control valves. They need to include instructions or at least have decent videos available to complete assembly and installation.

Literally guiding through from what the project requiring to investigating further issue via series of job site pictures extremely efficiently. I can't thank enough Ms. Casey for her guidance and help! As a personal working in a field of architectural profession, I highly recommend Aqua Science for their dedication in service and the quality of product.
