I ordered the Speed Queen washer and dryer. I love them both. Customer Service was courteous to me both times I contacted them. However, 3 days after I ordered, I was notified that the washer was discontinued. Both appliances were on back order so I had to wait for my shipment. It was well worth the wait.
I have seen a lot of negative reviews for this site, but I have ordered twice with them (dishwasher, laundry suite) and have never had any issues or problems. Their prices are extremely competitive, local delivery has been prompt and professional, and the items have all arrived in perfect, working condition. I've had my Bosch dishwasher for several years now, and the laundry suite for several months. All appliances are still working great. I will definitely continue to order major appliances from this company.

I shopped around for a new refrigerator and dishwasher. AppliancesConnection had the lowest price. I was naturally wary, but after reading the reviews I went ahead and ordered. AppliancesConnection was VERY good about letting me know shipping information, and when the refrigerator arrived with a forklift gouge in the side, they were very good about making things right. I highly recommend AppliancesConnection.
Purchased furniture, service was good. Very fast. I live on third floor and was a little worried on how appliances connection would handle this, VERY WELL, the drivers brought into my home, unpacked the couch and took all of the packaging away. We started to renovate my entire apartment so i deff will come back for my TV and APPLIANCES purchase. Thanks Victor

After using my stove for roughly one year I encountered a slight defect in he glass top; however, with the extended warranty the entire glass top was replaced under the warranty. Very satisfied with the promptness of the repair come Mid State Appliance Repair out of Macon, GA. Overall satisfaction is excellent with both the stove and warranty process
Appliance Connection was recommended to me as a place to get the best deals on high-end appliances by a friend that flips houses. I did a ton of research before choosing to buy from Appliance Connection and in the end, their prices were better than the rest. The shipment was fairly quick, even though it was coming from across the country. To no fault of AC, the dishwasher I bought was faulty (manufacturer's issue). I contacted AC and their customer service was good.
A+ all around. Flawless from start to finish. We couldn't be happier with the wonderful dishwasher that we got from Appliances Connection. Shipping was quick. Dishwasher arrived in great shape and was installed the next day and it works well as expected. Thankfully we did not receive a damaged item and have to go through the experience that we read that others did.
I recommend that you pay the extra money to have it installed for you, as I did it myself (new dishwasher installation) and it took much longer than I thought it would and it cost me more than I thought only because I bought the wrong hardware and couldn't return it after opening it. Thank you
Although the refrigerator received some scratches during delivery, customer service was extremely helpful in getting the problem taken care of by ordering us new doors. Robert was the person I spoke with. He was very polite and helpful to me. His manager, Bobby took care of everything on the ordering end.
Ordering assistance/service, communication and delivery by and through Appliances Connection were all top rate.
The NXR product is as described. I had a Frigidaire 36" "commercial oven" prior to this and there is no comparison. Although this NXR was a bit more expensive, the quality difference more than justified the increased price.

Excellent experience with Appliance Connection. Ordered a washer and dryer from another online retailer who told me they were in stock and would ship out in next couple days. 4 days later I get a backorder email. So... I searched again, found them here, at a cheaper price, in the warehouse, and ready to be shipped. Plus, Adam gave an additional discount on the order. From New York to my garage in Ohio in 1 week AND I got almost a daily email giving me a status update. Job well done. Will order again and recommend to friends and family. Thanks
Great service, prices were good and they had just the products I wanted. Very easy to compare products also, good web site. I just want to note that they deliver to your DOOR, not up the stairs or in the house. No problem and you can pay to have them brought inside. I chose not to. Appliances came a lot sooner than expected.
I purchased an extra large front loading washer from Appliances connection. They whole experience was fantastic. The price for the product was lower than anyone else. Shipping was less expensive too. The delivery people arrived at the time agreed to. They even called 1 hour prior for my convenience.

Their website had exactly the product I was looking for which wasn't available at local stores. I placed my order by phone and the refrigerator was delivered promptly. I was especially pleased with the white glove delivery service. The delivery team did an excellent job getting a tall skinny refrigerator down a narrow staircase into a basement with a low ceiling.
I am very pleased with the buying experience. I received many emails updating me on the status of the order and the shipping company contacted me before delivering to arrange a time. Will definitely use more of their services. They have incredible variety below market prices. I am very satisfied with the pricing, free shipping and no taxes.
Horrible Experience! Don't ever buy anything from this company. I placed an internet order for an LG fridge from Appliances Connection on 2/20/2015. I received confirmation and a tracking #.
Next, I received an email from AM Home Delivery on 2/27/2015 that my order would be delivered on 3/3/2015. I was going to be out of town that day, so I asked for the delivery to be rescheduled on or after 3/5/2015. I received an email saying that they had no more deliveries on my route that week and they would let me know when they could deliver my order. After a few more emails back and forth and fruitless calls that resulted in endless "hold and listen to muzak" I finally received a call and an email with a confirmed delivery date of 3/12/15 between 4-8 pm. I cancelled my regular class for the night and waited anxiously for the delivery truck to arrive... however, no truck and no phone calls explaining the no-show. Several more fruitless phone calls and emails later, I received another phone call promising delivery today, 3/19/15, between 11 am and 3pm. Its past 4 pm now, and again, no truck and no explanation of the no-show. I opened various "tickets" with Appliances Connection, but just got the run-around, with promises of delivery "soon."
I buy various sized products online every week, and the majority of them get delivered on time or reasonably close to promised delivery time. Generally its easy to get explanations and even apologies from customer service in cases of delayed delivery. However, dealing with Appliances Connection and AM Home Delivery & Trucking has to be the worst experience I have encountered with an internet purchase. If I could give them negative stars, I would rate them a minus 5!
I ordered a refrigerator, range, microwave and dishwasher from AppliancesConnection (AC) for my kitchen remodel. After researching I determined exactly what specific brand and models I wanted. I shopped the Internet thoroughly for the best price and found three retailers selling what I wanted much less than anyone else. I read all the reviews on these sellers I could find as I was concerned about customer service quality. I went with AC and hoped for the best. The entire experience was great. I love the way they open an online ticket when the order is placed and all correspondence is documented on that ticket. They were always very responsive. When I found a small dent on the side of the range top during installation I notified AC and they immediately arranged for a replacement top. The only potential issue you should be aware of is expect a somewhat lengthy delivery timeframe. My order took about two months from order to delivery. I'm sure this is due to AC consolidating orders with distributors/manufacturers in order to maximize savings. In my case well worth it as my cost was almost 40% off MSRP. Highly recommended if you have the time!

Answer: STAY AWAY! We just ordered a $3,000 range from Appliance Connection. The range came damaged. The instructions say to start by removing the door. When the installer did this, the spring in the door bracket popped. First off, when you call you cannot talk to a person to report a defect. You have to use their ticket system. After a month of back and forth with their stupid ticket system, and the agent(s) contradicting themselves, they told us that it is obviously an installation problem, and they weren't going to help. Is this how you treat someone who just spent $3,000 at your store.

It seems that you have signed for the delivery without inspecting the delivery, as we have advised you to inspect it prior to accepting delivery. With our agreements with the manufacturers, if there are any issues with the appliances, they would first be subjected to an assessment by a manufacturer certified technician. If the unit is truly, in fact, defective, they will replace the unit. If you are shipping the product back to us, we will provide a refund once confirmation is available that it is en route back to us.
