I had a problem with another website stating they had the same product in stock when they did not have it in stock and this was a birthday present so I could not wait. I purchased a GE PROFILE SERIES PFE29PSDSS French door refrigerator from Appliances Connection in 2013. The customer service was very professional when the order was placed and the refrigerator arrived to the front door of my home on time as it was scheduled. I have owned the refrigerator for over 5 years now and its still working without any issues. I would recommend doing business with Appliances Connection since they have a great customer service and the lowest prices. I am now planning my next appliance purchase for a new home and they continue to have low prices.

I purchased three appliances in June 2018 from Appliance Connection. Sally helped me with the sale and then Orland helped me file for the Whirlpool rebates. I am very happy with my new gas range, French door refrigerator and matching over the range microwave. I shopped for prices in Oklahoma for the same items and Appliance Connection beat all prices. I also received zero tax and free delivery. I highly recommend this company to my friends for any appliance purchases.

We ordered multiple kitchen appliances, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, and exhaust fan. We included personal delivery and they worked with us to schedule a convenient date/time. They delivery personnel were extremely professional and went above and beyond to make our experience great!

I ordered a vent from Appliances Connection 39 days ago (!), with the promised delivery date slipping week to week, with the only explanation being that delay was "due to the manufacturer." I spoke to their reps twice over the last couple of weeks who assured me that it would absolutely be in to them by a date certain and then shipped out to me. Those dates have come and gone like all of the others over the 39 day period. Completely unreliable. Do yourselves a favour and stay well clear of this company.
DO NOT DEAL WITH APPLIANCES CONNECTION. This was absolutely one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. I ordered a washer/dryer from them in December. It took a couple of weeks for delivery, which was anticipated, but shipping occurred through a third-party freight company that was completely unwilling and/or unable to schedule a delivery more than a day ahead of time. When they finally agreed to schedule a time, after calling me on the morning they'd be able to deliver, they showed up two hours late.
Upon delivery, the carrier must have scratched up the sides of both units when they brought them in, completely unprotected with plastic or moving blankets, etc, because the sides of both units were all scratched up.
When I told AppliancesConnection about the scratches, they accused me of scratching the units and said I had no way to prove that their carriers had scratched the units. The "customer service" rep I spoke to on the phone was literally shouting at me, raising his voice and verbally abusing me for five minutes until I hung up the phone. He tried to call me back another TEN times, I would suppose to continue verbally abusing me, but I refused to speak with anyone at their company after I was verbally attacked by their customer service representative.
They were completely unwilling to take responsibility for the damage, and any solutions they offered me involved me paying more money to ship the units back or something similarly absurd.
I continued to go back and forth with another customer service representative through their web claims interface for another SIX MONTHS, but no satisfactory resolution was ever reached. I will never deal with this company again and strongly recommend that you don't either.
After researching multiple makes and models, we felt the Danby would be just right in our kitchen. We found that Appliance Connection had the best price and free delivery. The delivery driver and his assistant brought the cooler in and unpacked it for our inspection. After a quick look over for any signs of damage, the driver took the box and all packaging with them when they left. We liked the dual sides since they could be set at different temperatures. We really like the blue lights inside the cooler when the doors are opened.

Great Product, perfect delivery, ZERO customer service.
I WANT to give them good ratings but alas, the first phone call after spending over 1k was fruitless and they were unwilling to help source parts to complete my project.
THEN I receive an e-mail with 'incentives' to spread the good word about Appliance connections and the response from the admin when I attempted to call her attention to the mistake of asking me to post was that of;
"The incentive is for positive reviewers.
The report I received is emails and the rating of the reviews which shows are 3 stars and up. Not sure how you received the email. "
Sorry, I am not interested in your bribe for good reviews. It makes me think even less of your company now.
I would go with someone in your local area that is willing to help you if there is a situation because Appliance Connection obviously, will refuse to be of any assistance. Wish I knew that before I placed my order. Now you do, make a better decision than me!
I had no idea about this company but I took a chance after reading reviews. I ordered a quality range hood from Appliances Connection and I am very happy with their service. The item I ordered was a good quality, heavy range hood. It arrived in perfect condition, on time and the shipping was free. It was also the best deal I could find for that hood.

Appliance Connection is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Their customer service agents would not give accurate delivery information after weeks of calling them.
Every time I asked who I was speaking with they hung up on me. They are totally liars. After multiple attempts calling and emailing them twice a week from June 13 to July 2 - to cancel the order prior to it being shipped (after they had previously stated 3 times it was in transit).
They ignored verbal and written requests to cancel the delivery, their shipping company (AM Shipping) forged my signature on a delivery ticket, left 2 boxes in my driveway before 7am and have refused to honor their return policy. They are now trying to charge me over $100 to return the tables I no longer wanted because of how I was treated.
I ordered a cooktop from appliances connection, I ordered it from them because it was reported as in stock. My order was placed on 14th of July and the 1st shipment status was for the 23rd of July. After checking several times the status, it was changing everyday. So I called them to know exactly when I will be delivered, they told me the cooktop will leave their warehouse 3 days after and then will take 5 to 10 days to arrive. So I wanted to cancel my order, and they finally « work hard » to satisfy me and get a delivery by August 1st. After many phone calls, I was really upset and today I chose to let them ship the cooktop. And they gave me a tracking number, so I checked several times to know if the merchandise has left the warehouse. Now, I just saw that they cancelled the shipment without any alert for me. This is the worst company ever, I wont order anything from them again and I definitely dont recommend this company! This isnt the end, I cancelled my order and will see if they refund completely... Im not so confident for that...
I chose Appliances Connection for a replacement cooktop, based in part on the very positive online reviews. Do not make the mistake that I did! The company misrepresented itself (allowing me to purchase installation service from them while such service was "not available in my area," a rude surprise that came out only when I had removed my old cooktop and placed it outside on my porch for pickup as per the very strict instructions from AC, and the delivery company had arrived and loaded my old cooktop into their truck), delivered a damaged product that couldn't be used, and exhibited gross negligence in finally, after several months, replacing the damaged unit. The result? I lived for weeks and weeks and weeks with a gaping hole in my counter, with no way to cook food for my family, wasting countless hours and hundreds of dollars in prepared foods, while repeatedly calling and emailing Appliances Connection in order to get any sort of response. Please go with anyone other than Appliances Connection!
Save yourself time and money and NEVER buy from these guys! They Sold me appliances they did not have in stock - delayed my order for several weeks. The shipping company they hired to deliver the appliances delayed it again for 2 more weeks - after we paid for Expidited Shipping. Customer Service is Horrible - if you are lucky enough to get anyone to take your Call. Different answer each time I Called. I asked for Refund Going elsewhere... Buyer Beware here!

I ordered the gas cooktop on June 26th.
First of all, their shipping estimate is incorrect. Sure, it is fine. It is an estimate anyways. But it is not fine after it is already pass the original estimated day and they didnt even contact me nor update it on their website. I had to call in to get an update for the new estimate. After I called, they told me it was going to be delayed by another week and they updated it online.
Another week has passed, their website start showing the package is pending to be picked up. Then I waited for a couple more days. Still shows pending to pick up, then I started my daily calls to them and request for update. All 4 representative I talked to gave me different excuses ( item damage, you are still on the waiting list... etc) and all promised to get back to me within 24-48 hours. This goes on for a week and half.
At the end, after one month I placed my order, I decided to cancel my order. However, when I called, they said they cannot cancel my order because the order is shipped. Then I simply asked, if the order is shipped, can you please let me where it is? Of course, they cant, but still refuse to give me the money back.
Such a terrible experience. Poor customer service that never follow up nor give honest answer.
Got a great price on a garbage disposal. Item arrived damaged, clearly was an opened item that was not repackaged properly and sold as if it was new. I actually think that's illegal.
I placed an order on Feb 2nd, It arrived clearly damaged (and a week late) and I filed a claim to return it. They asked for photos, I sent them photos at least 4 times and they kept asking for photos. It got to the point where I filed a dispute with my credit card company because it had been months trying to get a refund and they were doing nothing to resolve my issue except send me weekly automated emails that they "have not forgotten me". They eventually agreed to give me a refund once I close the dispute with my CC company. The dispute has now been closed for abour a month and I still don't' have a refund,. I finally look into it and found the ticked was closed and they would have done NOTHING else, including refunding my purchase. They now tell me it will take 6 more weeks to issue the refund. Are you kidding me, 6 weeks to issue a refund?!? Most stores do it on the spot.
It's now July 20th and I still don't have this resolved, it looks like it's going to be at least another month. I honestly think they are trying to wear me out so I will just give up and they will never refund me.
This has been the worse customer experience I have had in as long as I can remember, and I'm in my 40's!.
If you have everything go perfectly, it's a decent deal, but if not, it will suck up hours of your time trying to rectify the problem. To me, my time is more valuable and I'd rather pay the extra $10 and go with a more reputable company.
Answer: The estimated delivery date is fairly accurate when applied to items that are already in stock at our warehouse (please note, this does not apply to items that are listed as Available). Please note, at the end of the day, it is still an estimate it can be subjected to changes, and not a definite timeframe.
Answer: STAY AWAY! We just ordered a $3,000 range from Appliance Connection. The range came damaged. The instructions say to start by removing the door. When the installer did this, the spring in the door bracket popped. First off, when you call you cannot talk to a person to report a defect. You have to use their ticket system. After a month of back and forth with their stupid ticket system, and the agent(s) contradicting themselves, they told us that it is obviously an installation problem, and they weren't going to help. Is this how you treat someone who just spent $3,000 at your store.

It seems that you have signed for the delivery without inspecting the delivery, as we have advised you to inspect it prior to accepting delivery. With our agreements with the manufacturers, if there are any issues with the appliances, they would first be subjected to an assessment by a manufacturer certified technician. If the unit is truly, in fact, defective, they will replace the unit. If you are shipping the product back to us, we will provide a refund once confirmation is available that it is en route back to us.
