These people are utter shysters. Do not buy here. They did not let me know they couldn't do white glove delivery, and were just going to leave the appliances at the curb without even notifying me.
The items were back-ordered for a month. I had to call them to figure out what was going on.
When I requested a full refund they at first said they would give it and then said that the shipping company would bill me for shipping and it was MY FAULT that I lived in a rural area after having 3 separate conversations about white glove delivery and installation.

They are liars. They are dishonest, and they resort to abusive finger pointing when they made a mistake. I have no respect for this company.

Range and dishwasher arrived damaged during shipping, it took months to get replacements sent and when they finally arrived, the dishwasher was damaged worse than the first one. Requested a refund, but they only provided a partial refund due to it no longer being a package purchase, which was of course their fault. Terrible customer service, terrible delivery service, unclear policies - just avoid this company. Better to spend a bit more and go with Best Buy or whatever.

This company has to be the worst I have ever dealt with. Received a bed with damage to the fabric in the middle of the headboard. First the offer me $27 to keep the bed, What? It's an $800.00 bed that was delivered with damage and you want me to keep it? Then they tell me we'll give you $150.00 to keep it and if not we can't get a replacement for 6 to 8 weeks. No I don't want a damaged brand new bed. So please take it back. Then they tell me because their shipping company randomly took the top of my box that I have to make my own for a queen size bed! After many back and forths I go out and buy and fabricate a cardboard box package the queen size bed again and seal it and tell them I have done what they asked me to now please pick it up and issue me a refund. THEN they tell me they need another picture of the bed again, WHAT? I've already made a box put the queen size bed inside and taped it all up for pickup! Sorry we need another picture... I take apart the entire box take the picture for them and send it to them and now they tell me they want to send someone to try and make a repair to the headboard! NO THANKS! I'm not paying $800.00 for a damaged bed that is Jerry rigged with an aftermarket repair that will be in the middle of my brand new headboard! Not to mention I had to buy and fashion a replacement cardboard top because their delivery man absconded with mine! This company has you jumping from one hoop through another and will not do the right thing, send a pickup and refund my money for their damaged product that they delivered to me! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Refurbished All.

We purchased a refrigerator and and a stove, not knowing they were both refurbished items. Now that we are asking them for return or even service, they are giving us a run around and saying, " you have to deal with the company directly and it is out of our hands ' i would highly reccomend not to deal with this company. Ever.

Received damaged appliances that could not be seen until they we installed and appliance connection won't fix their mistake.

They don't stand behind the products they sell.

Avoid them, and shop elsewhere.

Upset customer

This is not a product rating. This is a rating for Applianceconnection. I don't understand why it's going to take more than 7 weeks to receive my sectional sofa. I ordered it March 4,2019. I called them because there was a shipping date... and then there wasn't. The lady on the phone informed me that the sofa is not leaving the warehouse until after Easter. Iam having out of town company for the Easter holiday weekend, but my company now has to sit on kitchen chairs because all I have is a recliner. If I knew it was going to take this long, I would have taken other avenues. I will rate the sofa 30 days after I receive it... of it ever gets here.

I bought this Whirlpool washer NEW from Appliance Connection almost exactly one year ago. It was delivered on March 13,2018. It completely stopped working about 2 weeks ago. (End of March 2019) We had a repair man come out and give us an estimate on how much it would cost to fix it. He said it would cost too much and I should buy a new one. I talked to AC and they said it had a one year warranty and it was not their problem, and that I should contact Whirlpool. I'm wondering if it is a coincidence that it stopped working exactly when the warranty ran out. It also is disturbing that they didn't stand behind the products they sell. Never buying there again!

Predatory Company

I purchased a microwave/convention combo oven. They immediately charged me 2 times and then didn't process the order for another 5 days. It took me 2 weeks to get the additional $500. They stole from me back. They claim it was an authorization charge but I had to dispute the charge, get my bank involved and finally get on a 3 way call to get it resolved. I don't have $500 to give a company for no reason. Avoid this company, they are bad news!

Sorry for the confusion. When you make a purchase. The initial charge is just an pending authorization to make sure the card is active. The funds are not captured and debited from your card until the unit you purchased from us is ready to ship. If you went to dispute the charge, the bank holds the funds you are trying to dispute until the claim is closed and settled. This is a possibility as to why we were having issues refunding or releasing the funds back to you.

Prompt shipping. However, the product arrived damaged so we rejected it. Tried
To call for two days and their phones where not working. Sent a help ticket and received automated responses wanting me to take pictures and do RMA etc for two hours before a human responded. Just to say, the package must come back to them before they will ship a replacementh. Of course they can see the package is being returned damaged via FEDEX. So we wait for the product we purchased.

Ordered my appliance package and requested in home delivery due to being disabled on my back. Order went through great and a few days later I received invoice. I noticed on invoice the delivery was changed to curb side. I was not notified of the change and called AP immediately. AC policy is once shipped you can't cancel. Customer service told me it already shipped. Well 2 days later I received an email it shipped. I was lied to so I didn't cancel order. Now I'm stuck trying to figure out how to get appliances from street into my house being disabled. Also shipping is horrible. My shipment was unloaded half way from warehouse to my house and has been sitting for 3 days without movement. Pay attention before you buy from AP

Even when item says it is in stock before you check out tells you a date range of delivery. All fine, then two days later estimated del. Date is over a week different from what was stated prior to paying.

Called to get understanding the lad y could only say very rudely, the website says all over 7 to 10 days for del. I explained what my experience was and as if I was a n idiot repeated over and over what website says "all over" asked for conformation that it will be arriving before my deadline date which WAS acceptable prior to check out, she could not, only wanted say 7 to 10 days. Ask for a supervisor some guy gets on phone all rude about how sweet the employee was I was speaking to told him I only wanted an idea item would be del by the certain time frame check out told me (which was 8 days after checkout, my deadline for renters to move in) he simply said we are canceling your order, i said ok and hung up... 2 days later some guy called wanted to know why I canceled order explained I did not his people did, and since it was 3 days after the fact told him I did a charge back he said well we already refunded, which I knew was wrong, go forward two more days a refund shows up minus 150.00 for goodness knows what so waiting on Discover to complete a charge back -

If ya but from these cusses good luck they defiantly not our for customer satisfaction

STAY AWAY from this place. They have cost me months and untold amounts of time and frustration. I ordered 4 appliances, and it took them over a month to get it to me. Of course, one of the pieces was damaged that they refused to deal with, and one of the pieces was completely missing. Instead of immediately replacing it, they cost me an entire month of time and constant lies and frustration by pointing fingers at the trucking company. Both this place and the trucking company are staffed with lying scum that doesn't care at all about their customers. After over 2 months the replacement didn't show up after lies, lies and more lies. I wound up buying a similar item at a big box store for much more than I had paid to this place. They refused to give me anything for my trouble and their lies and only begrudgingly promised a refund for the missing piece that I have still not received. This is a Rip-Off joint if I have ever seen one.

I ordered a whirlpool dishwasher on feb 23 was told it would be delivered in 7 to 14 days.the shipping company appliances connection uses (am home delivery) never updated the shipping information. So when i called them they told me that they only go to my area every other week. When i called ac and got on a three way call with the shipper both ac and am home deliveries assured me it would be delivered on mar 18. I called to find out an approximate time and was told that now it would be between mar 21 to mar 24 and could not give me any more information. So now im awaiting a refund. This company and their shipper has very poor communication. If you want prompt service you might want to look elsewhere.

When I purchased the appliance the salesman had me apply for an appliance connection credit card by saying I would get 12 month interest free financing - this was a lie - I never got it - I called again and was told that the mistake would be fixed - it never was and now they say they did not know anything about this - at best these people are crooks ant worst they ate criminals - run the other way from this company got to Home Depot at least they are honest

Never again

Company took payment and advised of couch delivery. Continued weekly updates that they were awaiting couch to make it to their warehouse for delivery week after week. 5 weeks later when I logged on my account it simply said the order had been cancelled haha, they didnt have that email update like all the others they sent. Wasted 5 weeks waiting for a couch deliver for in the end it just to be randomly cancelled and not even email me or tell me.

I love my new Frigidaire FFEH3054US30 Inch Electric Freestanding Range! The glass cook top is very easy to clean and the range and oven work flawlessly. The design is modern, the knobs are on the front of the range so they do not get spattered. My purchasing experience with Appliances Connection was easy and flawless. Their customer service was easy to access through a ticket or phone call when getting status on my order. I will definitely buy my next appliance from them!

Appliances Connection is now trying to argue that the "free" dishwasher included in my full kitchen appliance order is no longer valid and they do not need to honor it. So, an order that was placed in August of 2017 where three different dishwashers were delivered so badly damaged that they were inoperable is longer eligible for because their promotion has expired. We ordered it while they offered it included in the package. We did not accept delivery of inoperable appliances but now they are reneging on their own offer to include a dishwasher for free because of the full kitchen appliance package. This company is so shady and dishonest. I was contacted by their PR representative Danielle S. As soon as I posted this review. She assured me that she'd look into to it and get back to me within a few days, that was almost 4 weeks ago. I sent her three emails and left multiple voice mail messages and still no reply. What she did say initially is that this is a company that was originally a "mom and pop" operation and they have not grown their customer service operation since they have grown as a company. She said, "Some people in the Custom Service Department do not have the skills to deal with customers and should be let go."

Zero stars should be an option for this business. Do not order anything from them and I'll tell you why. In August of 2018, I was finally ready to use a sizeable chunk of savings to create my dream kitchen. So, I placed an order on August 22nd with Appliances Connection via Alex S. It was a $8743 order, the most money I've ever spent on appliances. I ordered a Viking Range, a Samsung Refrigerator, a panel ready Viking Dishwasher and a Viking Range Hood. I carefully researched this appliance package with multiple appliance companies. The promotion that Appliances Connection was running at the time was no sales tax plus a rebate per Viking which included a "free" dishwasher. Since all appliances were white, I ordered a white panel for the dishwasher as well for an additional $350.

Not a single thing has gone right since the order was taken. First appliances to arrive were the range, the refrigerator and the dishwasher. All of them arrived severely damaged. My instinct was to refuse delivery on all of them. I called the customer support and was routed to Calvin Bittman the Customer Service Manager. CMr. Bittman begged me to accept delivery on the range and the refrigerator since they were somewhat operational. He assured me that all would be corrected quickly. Mr. Bittman also assured me that if I wasn't satisfied with the resolution that he would take the whole package back. The dishwasher was so badly damaged that I had to refuse delivery completely. Calvin assured me that a new dishwasher would be ordered and all would be corrected with the order soon.

Weeks later a replacement dishwasher was sent and the range hood arrived with it. The 2nd dishwasher was damaged as well and also inoperable. The delivery and installation team said they could not install the range hood because the order did not include a "self circulation kit." When I placed the order with Alex S. I told him there was no ducting to vent and he assured me that this unit could operate without ducting. He did not tell me that it needed a "self circulation kit" or that the unit needed an electrician on hand for install since it is a "hot wire" (no plug). I refused delivery of the range hood also because I have no place to store the giant box. Of note, I paid for installation for the range hood, but it still looks as if I'll need separate installation because of the "hot wire" installation. I called the call center and could not in touch with Calvin at the time and I was fed up that I contacted the CEO's office. The CEO's assistant quickly tracked down Calvin to assist, again. I explained all to Calvin and he assured me that all would be corrected and to "hang in there." On November 5th, over email I asked Calvin about a full return, he said I was still within the window for a full return. I asked him a follow up question about any fees or penalties if I asked for a full return and refund, he never answered that question.

I took another day of work off to receive the dishwasher for the 3rd time, the 2nd replacement. Immediately upon removing the packaging, the delivery and installation team pointed out the damage, AGAIN. So, for the 3rd time now, I refused delivery of another badly damaged appliance from Appliances Connection. I am DONE. I wanted a FULL REFUND for the appliances, the delivery and installation charges. EVERYTHING. I've never had a consumer experience like this. These are high-end appliances. The most I've ever spent and the experience has been awful. Plus, I've wasted untold and uncompensated time on the phone, over email and taken days off work, losing income, and I couldn't do it anymore. So I called Appliances Connection and received a call back from John T. Who berated me over the phone for my complaints. I assume he called to try and make it better but he was belligerent and abusive. He complained to me how much money the company was spending to replace damaged items. He then proceeded to tell me that I was at fault for accepting delivery of damaged goods. I'm completely at a loss for how this company operates its business.

In mid-December I received a call from Calvin asking me what was going on because I filed a dispute with my credit card company. As I had a house full of people for a holiday party, I could not speak at the time. He told me to call back the following week to speak to Alex S., which I did but no one ever got back to me. I've also filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau also. Now Appliances Connection is telling American Express that the dishwasher included in the original package is a promotion that is no longer available and that model dishwasher is also unavailable and it cannot a. Refund the fair market value of the dishwasher ($1518. 00) or refund the white panel that I paid extra for ($350) b. That the package that I ordered back in August of 2018 is no longer eligible for the promotion.

It is now February of 2019 and I am still fighting this company to make things right.
