I recently purchased a high end Miele built in refrigerator from Appliances Connection. The company did a great job selling me a 10k unit but that was the end of the experience. They delivered the unit via their contractor YFlogistics, who had absolutely NO logistical clue regarding what the installation/removal of a 700lb built in unit requires, despite a ‘professional installation' package. The installation caused costly damage to flooring, and cupboard. The unit was improperly installed, posing significant risk of HARM to me and my household. They caused a leak on top of that. I contacted the company for over a week to be offered $200 to have a proper company out of Boston install it. What a scam. I have filed a complaint with Miele since they are responsible for their authorized dealers. My advice, stay away from this company. Maybe purchase a vacuum at the most.
The range has lived up to it's promise and appears to have all the features we need. The customer service and friendliness of the staff made this purchase a positive experience. The quality of the product is good and we hope that it will last for a long time. The range is well built and I especially like the weighted knobs that give it a much more solid feel. We're glad we made this purchase through Appliance Connection.

My experience included buying multiple of the same model refrigerator with a delivery date of 3 weeks on line to then see a delivery date of an added week upon checkout. But the reality was the product didn't even exist any long and was out of stock when we purchased it. They were probably hoping we'd take the ‘new' model with a different brand name. Nothing but a bunch of lying, two-faced idiots. If you see the name "harold" on replies to these reviews... well guess who this is... Harold Lane the owner! Don't put up with their BS, filed with FTC and BBB and your State Consumer Protection. You'll see how fast they want to ‘make it right'.

I contacted ApplianceConnection via chat about an issue and was assisted by a representative. He responded very quickly to my messages and helped me to reach a resolution that I am very happy with. I was hesitant to make a purchase with ApplianceConnection as it appears to be a large company and I have had issues in the past with such as I've had to sift through bureaucracy to reach an answer to even the simplest of questions. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR. This is the worst company. When I placed an order for cooktop over the phone I was told maximum 10 days for the delivery. I still haven't received my order after 26 days. They have contract with AM trucking company. When you call customer service, they blame on the delivery company. I called AM trucking company several times but no answer. It takes atleast one hour for them to come on phone. I had to reschedule my all appointments with other contractors because of this appliance.
I would never recommend to buy from this company.

I purchased a refrigerator from appliance connection on May 5. Here is it June 8th and still no fridge. Worse, they have no idea where it is!
I called and emailed multiple times and to my shock, no manager would ever deign to speak to me. They said they would call me back and email me and I have yet to receive any updates. I find it astounding that a manager would not want to speak to an unhappy customer and at least TRY to rectify the situation. The last time I called the agent actually tried to say this was my fault, somehow. Unbelievable.
I have opened tickets online and called the trucking company but no one seems to know what the heck is going on. They told me it would be delivered last Friday, my tenant prepped her home and stayed home from work, but I was never contacted and no one had any information.
In the meantime I guess I am just going to have to dispute the transaction - thank goodness it was with my credit union - in order to get my money back so I can get a fridge. Shady.
I would have been better off at Lowes but for some reason I thought this was a small business and wanted to support them. Lesson learned go with the big box stores. At least they have people I can see and talk to and their delivery is 3-5 days rather than 35 days.
Avoid at all costs if you value your time and money. There are many appliance stores. Its not worth the hassle (they were not cheaper than Lowes) yet have cost me a tenant as she has had no fridge and has children.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Where to start... lies about when items would be in stock and ship, lost an actual appliance that we waited on for months forcing me to call the manufacturer of the product several times to have another one shipped out to them, then damaged the floor delivering the range (and damaged the range too) and refused to reimburse. The customer service is the worst of all time. I'm convinced the reviews are fake at this point. I'm now forced to try and take them to small claims court to recoup the money.

I had started a renovation of the kitchen in my personal home, and decided to buy a new high end dishwasher, as my existing dishwasher was an older white model and my new appliances were stainless. I shopped locally from my suppliers as well as local discounters. We looked on line and compared the prices at several different online dealers, with our local prices. We found the exact model Bosch dishwasher for less at Appliance Connection, than from my local suppliers. AND there was no tax or delivery charge! I was still a little skeptical that I would not receive a first quality item or, that the dishwasher would be scratched, dented or marred in some way. To my relief, when it arrived, it was all that I had hoped and then some. The delivery person uncrated the dishwasher and waited until I had gone over it and inspected it for damage. Everything was perfect. I couldn't have asked for more. I will recommend Appliances Connection to my clients and, I myself, will be a repeat customer.

This company is responsible for the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. After taking over 2 months (and 4 failed attempts) to deliver my fridge, they charged me an extra $400 for delivery without notifying me nor asking for my authorization. The charge just appeared on my statement. Had to get my bank involved because multiple calls and emails to the company about it went unanswered. STAY AWAY!

Terrible... stay away! I placed my order in early February. After what was supposed to be a 10 day ship time the appliances showed up over two months later in mid April damaged. I have spend hours dealing with this and now Appliances Connection has stopped communicating with me and refuse to issue a refund or pick up the damaged appliances. I know what you're thinking. This guy damaged the appliances and is trying to hold the company liable. That's not the case here. All damage was documented by the trucking company and myself and then sent immediately to customer service, my sales rep, and a manager. I've been buying from these guys for years but this place has changed. The little money you save buying from them isn't worth the risk and total lack of customer service. Do yourself a favor and BUY ELSEWHERE.

They disingeniously sell damaged goods, knowingly, to the public and then provide non existant customer service.
If you have any issues with your product, forget about it. They have a complicated, lethargic, unprofessional communication chain for their customer service. They will promise a resolution, keep you waiting for months (yes, months) and then ultimately tell you that YOU (on your dime) can send back the faulty appliance they sent out if you want a working one.
I was sent a dryer that not only had physical damage on its side (dented side that rubs on drum) but also has some computer board issue where it shuts off up to 30 times in 1 dryer cycle. I contacted them right away, sent all sorts of documentation and created a "case". Now I have spent months chasing them, trying to get them to take care of me. I have ordered dozens of appliances online for different remodel projects and I have never had such a terrible experience.

Ordered over 16K of appliances. The refrigerator and range came with white glove service, I bought it for dishwasher. Everything showed up and the delivery people said they couldn't install the range for some reason. Called customer service who ignored us twice, finally giving us a number of guy in Florida. He was useless, never called, never responded. I requested refund for installation and was told "I should have known what was needed". WHAT? You sell it! They promised $200 and now never respond back.

I am a very dissatisfied customer. I purchased a refrigerator online late last year because stores were closed and my refrigerator was not cooling. A few days after, I called them back because my old refrigerator had been repaired by my home warranty company. When I called, I explained that I was cancelling my order and I knew that the shipment had not gone out yet. They refused to cancel it saying on that very day the shipping company had picked up the appliance from the warehouse. I never got the email stating that. I had been tracking the order and the appliance had not yet left NY City. I live in the Panhandle, Florida. I continued to call Appliance Connection all through out that week to explain I no longer wanted it and to please stop the delivery. A week later the delivery company drove all the way to my house from NY stating they never got the cancellation order. I was charged with shipping fees, delivery fees of more than $500 dollars, which I'm still paying and no refrigerator. Appliance Connection should have handled the situation and cancelled all future deliveries, but instead they continued the order and making me pay a fine for cancelling it. I will never order anything from this company again.

Don't waste your time or money! I purchase a credenza and waited months for a credenza to arrive. I paid full price for a intact credenza. I recieved a borken credenza and all they will do is offer me a 20% off or part replacment. I said i would take part replacment but now they say they can't even do that! Now they say they can only offer me 20%! I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK SO I CAN BUY THIS SOMEHWERE ELSE. THEY WON'T TAKE THEIR BROKEN PRODUCT AND GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. I ordered about $13K worth of appliances. They use a service called AM trucking... total disaster service. Nice to have it delivered to your home and installed, however they no showed and didn't call after I had uninstalled appliances. This adds significant frustration after it took 4 months to get the appliances. Of course, since they outsource the delivery, they can't help when something goes wrong. I have to talk to incompetent delivery company.

We purchased two high end appliances from them during a sale. Based on our following experience, I would advise to stay clear. By the phones calls that pursued, I would conclude this is an India run fast make a buck sales setup,
The order was placed late one evening well past working hours. The next morning we found out the $550 microwave wasn't going to fit our new cabinets so I called them (very early in the morning). I was told it was too late to cancel because it had already shipped and at a distribution center, which I know was impossible given the time frame. I asked about cancelling it in transit so we didn't have to mess with a return. They said they could do that but either way it would cost us to cancel. With no other choice we agreed. Weeks went by and still no refund. I kept calling and kept getting the run around. Finally well over a month had past and I called our credit card company and asked them to step in. We were refunded, minus a cancellation charge.
The second appliance we ordered was a Summit two drawer refrigerator/freezer. We weren't home when it was delivered. We looked over the box and it all seemed fine so we didn't open it until two weeks later when the remodel was ready for it. Before we even took off the blue wrapping, my husband found a dent in the side. That wasn't even the worst of it. When the top drawer was pulled out, it wouldn't go back in. Once again I began the calls to get help. One promise after another and nothing resolved. I bought it from them, but they are not standing behind it. They are telling us to work with the manufacturer to get it fix. The other option was to pay for a second one, at over $2K, and after it was delivered they would remove the old one and credit us. Not only do I not trust them to do that, the item is on back order and who knows how long it would take to get. This is still not resolved, and they have washed their hands of us, so we'll see if we need help from the credit card company again. Did I mention that early on their solution to this problem was to give us a $50 in store credit?

Appiance Connection refused to deliver what I paid for. With neither excuse, nor compensation.
I ordered a gas range from Appliance Connection through Sears. The order included delivery, installation, and hauling away the old one.
First, the product did not arrive on the promised day. We waited at home the whole day as the delivery window was 9AM to 7PM -- no one came, no one called, and calling customer support did not help as they claimed to be unable to contact the shippers.
After several interchanges, the gas range arrived 3 days later, with apologies but no installation.
After two weeks of calling and exchanging message, I still do not know why they did not connect the gas range to the gas pipe -- a simple job for $139, There are 3 actors involved -- Sears, Appliance Connection, and AM Tracking, the delivery company -- each is blaming the other one. I live in Truckee, CA, a relatively remote area and it is hard to find an expert here.
Finally, today Appliance Connection declared they would refund the installation -- adding insult to injury.
I have a box with the gas range sitting in the garage and no way to install it.

Purchased a recliner. Recliner damaged at there warehouse, hence forth the note that was attached to chair that stated,,,,,, repackage recliner still attached to it,,,,, frame is bent and is not fucntional. Wanted refund and chair picked up. Offered a discount. Refused, been a month and they still say they are working on it. You all have been warned if you do business with this scam of a company. Dont say I didnt tell you so.

Answer: The estimated delivery date is fairly accurate when applied to items that are already in stock at our warehouse (please note, this does not apply to items that are listed as Available). Please note, at the end of the day, it is still an estimate it can be subjected to changes, and not a definite timeframe.
Answer: STAY AWAY! We just ordered a $3,000 range from Appliance Connection. The range came damaged. The instructions say to start by removing the door. When the installer did this, the spring in the door bracket popped. First off, when you call you cannot talk to a person to report a defect. You have to use their ticket system. After a month of back and forth with their stupid ticket system, and the agent(s) contradicting themselves, they told us that it is obviously an installation problem, and they weren't going to help. Is this how you treat someone who just spent $3,000 at your store.
Answer: We ship over 1.6 million orders per year. Of those shipments, you have viewed an iota of complaints against our company. Likewise, the positive reviews also outweigh the negative reviews. It seems that you have signed for the delivery without inspecting the delivery, as we have advised you to inspect it prior to accepting delivery. With our agreements with the manufacturers, if there are any issues with the appliances, they would first be subjected to an assessment by a manufacturer certified technician. If the unit is truly, in fact, defective, they will replace the unit. If you are shipping the product back to us, we will provide a refund once confirmation is available that it is en route back to us.
