Bought a brand new iPad from T-Mobile in February, then less than 3 months later the volume button just stops working. I called about a replacement, the supervisor, Briar, offered me an express replacement, which I agreed to, then was denied the express because of apple's policies. So first I was sold a lemon, then I was lied to, and now I'm inconvenienced and stuck with the faulty device until the stores open back up. This is very unsatisfactory. This is the second lemon I was sold by Apple. After this experience I'm really going to have to support Android. I do NOT trust Apple and their lemons.

I had Xs max and now got new 11pro max, and you know what? It's whole disappointment, nothing literary changed, except cam. Hope next one would be greater.

Apple Netherlands is by far the most The most disgusting customer service I have ever experience. Every single senior advisor is so rude! They give you the lowest level of customer service, I had 1 of them interrupt me speaking every sentence and when I said "I would appreciate if you let me finish my sentence" HE HUNG UP THE PHONE. Incredible. My phone was purchased with damage with the charging port not working correctly. I've sent it out for repairs and it keeps coming back broken and they write that they are fixing other problems like the camera which I never complained about.

Apple "technicians" are doing a really POOR REPAIR PERFORMANCES"
I received my iPhone 11 PRO from "APPLE" repair center with the rubber that joint the screen with the iPhone body destroyed.

I'm really disappointed and now I know that I CAN NOT trust apple anymore.

Apple recently changed their computers, so now apple computers do not accept Apps with 32-Bit, because Apple has decided to make everything 64-Bit. This means that if you downloaded an older app, the developers of the app probably have more important things to do than renew the old app so you basically are left with an app that uses up lots of space, but will not work. This is absolutely shameful, and apple should either refund the apps, so as to allow me to download them elsewhere or get newer versions, or apple should allow 32-Bit to continue operating on the computers, maybe not allowing the downloading of further 32-Bit Apps in an effort to faze them out. I get that they are trying to make the computers more efficient, but just making apps obsolete with no way to get it running again or a refund is very sad. Apple definitely makes good computers and if you're thinking of buying an #Apple computer, i'd definitely recommend it, but it still sucks for the people who have used apple for a very long time now.

I wish I could put negative 300 stars. I got the Mac Mini 2018 version because I thought I could upgrade the RAM by myself because apple fu ckta rds charge their exorbitant prices for easy basic stuff you can do with no issues on a PC. I got the RAM and installed it. Upgrading the RAM on a mac is a long process. After having it put back together, the display doesn't work and won't be detected by my monitor. Ready to toss the $1,500 crap in the trash where it belongs. Screw apple.

I am writing this review by my own after getting frustrated by service of apple, I got the problem in my iPhone in Lockdown due to Covid-19, and my warranty expired on 5th may I visited apple store on 12-13 May, they told me to email apple, I twitted apple and I got a call from Apple support, they have done my appointment of Saturday i. E 30th *******@3PM. When I visited the apple service partner they told me we are not working after 1 Pm.
I am like football, going to the courts only.

As I mentioned in starting that my phone is not in warranty and I got a problem in my device in lockdown bcz of Quarantine I am unable to call u, before warranty expired, Now tell me Can you guys help me to get repair my phone with no repairing cost, or what. They kept me hold on call for 2 hr. And the funny thing you know, when your warranty gets expired then only your phone will start giving you the problems

On a Monday afternoon, Dave, the Apple support rep, said the problem with our MacBook Pro was probably a backlight issue. He would send a shipping mailer to our Largo, FL home. On Wednesday morning it arrived via FedEx. At 11:00 A.M. that day FedEx shipped our computer (all our records) to Houston, TX. That evening, Apple emailed that they were working on it. The next day they shipped our Mac via UPS and it arrived Friday afternoon. The backlight was replaced as well as the battery and even our smudges on the screen were cleaned. And all this in the midst of a Corona Virus epidemic! The cost of this service? Zero.

I am so excited using IPhone 11! Camera, all apps for sending messages, editing photos and other sources, which it has, make my life easier. However, I am confused a little bit, because the variety of models impresses me. But it is just a matter of time. Soon I will be a happy owner of new electronic assistant. What can be better?

Don't use Apple repair, they damaged a perfect phone in excellent condition and expect a customer to trump more money to repair it. Then state you should hire a solicitor to write a formal complaint. I have asked them to return the phone back to me in the same condition it was sent with the battery repaired as per The simple repair asked for!

This company sucks. I can't believe how expensive the gadgets are. Why would they make the price expensive? Samsung is better than unworthy Apple. Sometimes you get scammed because of the price drops. I hope Apple understands why their phones are so moronic and easy to break. I wish Samsung was better than Apple.

I love this phone, battery life was 97%, no dents/marks and the camera quality is amazing I don't have any problems with this phone... must buy
