I needed a Welsh dresser collected and delivered to me. I was given incorrect dimensions as it was much larger also I wasn't informed that it had to be dismantled! A further problem was it had to be collected that afternoon. Anyvan were able to rearrange delivery, dismantle and deliver all within a 4 hour time frame. Both driver and assistant then had to take the item through the back of my house and into the garage, which wasn't easy. So all I can say is job well done.

This is the only company I use, this is my second time using Anyvan for my sofas and they have been amazing both times. The website is easy to use. The drivers are professional and they took good care of my items. Highly recommended

Absolute shambles.
Just a company that outsources work to just anyone who is desperate for money.

You pay the highest rates while the drivers barley make enough to servive.

Had enough of them. Always problems!

I have spoken to there Driver support team which didn't listen to me whatsoever.

There calls are recored and never to the time to listen to me And instead I get charged a deallocation charge when I was never notified about winning a job until the morning, well sorry.
Not got to drop a my own customer that pays less than what you charge for a top service not fuel money... if that!
Supposed to get notification few hours after interest expressed.

Moving an awkward 20kg item from the wilds of Lincolnshire to sunny Somerset couldn't have been easier thanks to the efficiency of the AnyVan team. From initial contact to final delivery all staff were eager to help and advise. Professional throughout and very cost effective. Very highly recommended.

Driver gave enough notice before pick up and delivery. He was very friendly and helpful. He ensured all the furniture were safely transported and delivered.

Hi used Anyvan for the first time in order to pick up a motorcycle, located about 150 miles away. The whole service was extremely efficient, the driver very courteous and he even assisted with unloading. I received several phone calls from the driver with an estimated time of arrival, all of which were spot on and very helpful. All in all a seamless service which I would use again without hesitation. With the price of fuel at these days I was quite happy with the quotation provided.

Easy to use website enabling lots of combinations of items for transport, accurate pricing (no extras) and changes close to pick up day. Great communication - reminders, notification of time slot, and tracking of driver. Punctual Cheerful and energetic drivers who were keen to assist. Thanks so much - will use again!

I needed a number of bulky items moving into storage. I received a phone call from the driver when 40 mins away which was helpful and the track my driver online worked too. They were careful when stacking everything into their van and again at the other end unloaded carefully and got everything neatly stacked into the storage unit no problem. The driver and helper were very polite and friendly. I was pleased and will be using again when I need the items back out of storage.

I was unsure about using a man with a van, I'm not street smart and have only just moved in my own rented place! But it's legit- fool proof, the website was easy to use and they came quickly - even phoned to say they would be 10/20 mins away to give me time to prepare! Super friendly and efficient and no hassle at all! 10/10 would use again!
