Packaging came damaged, but product was secured with no damages to itself. Shipping was quick with tracking provided. No real issues
I bought a Xbox Series S bundle and the shipping box it came in had ZERO paper stuffing, air pockets, bubble wrap, or foam. This allowed the controller box to fly around inside the box freely causing it to crush. It also dug into the xbox box itself and ruined that. I got this as a gift for someone but felt it wasn't in good enough condition to gift to someone so I returned it. It cost $440 for this bundle and I feel the company could've spent $3-$5 to package it properly and keep it looking brand new and presentable.
