Antonline processed my order and fulfilled it - no issues

I ordered an Xbox series S from Antonline and my experience was great. The order went through smoothly other than having a little trouble getting it to take my debit card but I just used PayPal and it was just a minor inconvenience. They sent me a confirmation email within minutes of completing the transaction. I recieved emails when it was shipped and updates on when it would be here. They sent the added Xbox gamer pass code in an email the day before the console arrived. I was able to track the package throughout the process. It arrived within the estimated delivery window. I will absolutely be buying from them again. Dont listen to the haters submitting bad reviews.

No hassle. Easy checkout process. So Glad to have finally snagged a PS5. I didn't necessarily want a bundle, but I couldn't have asked for a better experience when buying/checking out. Shipping was ridiculous fast. Could give Jimmy John's a run for their money.

I ordered a Xbox that when arrived was missing a bunch of items. I sent it back for a return and only received a partial return. I tried to reach out to customer service but they will not email me back and when I call they say they only communicate through email. Please don't order from here

I recently purchased a bundle set, returned everything sealed. I shipped it back myself. They still gave me a partial refund as if I opened it or damaged it. I asked them if they could email me how the breakdown for the refund works, but they chose to ignore me

This was quite possibly the best online purchasing experience I've ever had. The quick shipping speed of this company makes them a cut above all the rest. I'd never heard of Antonline before I began my PS5 search, but I'm now recommending this company everyone!

Most gamers know that getting a new CPU or new GPU is quite difficult nowadays. I was lucky that AMD Ryzen 5900X was available at antONLINE. I placed my order easily without having an account. And I got my CPU a few days later.
Everything was super professional and fast with all email notifications.
I don't have any reason to give less than 5 stars.

Charged a restocking fee for an unopened and undelivered package ( I returned to sender) after being told by their phone rep that I wouldn't be. Even after calling again and being told that this shouldn't have happened, I was promised a manager callback that never came. Be very careful with this shady company.

I ordered an AMD processor from antonline for a friend of mine doing a build. I made sure to check the "return" portion of the website for restocking fees and saw nothing there. I ended up having to return the product (it was unopened and still sealed) and was charged return shipping and a 15% restocking fee, though there was no mention of that. When I tried to speak with a customer service rep there she hung up on me, which has never happened to me before. So I'm out $100

Quick and easy. Easy to track shipping. My order shipped just an hour after I ordered it! Received it in less than 3 days. Well packed. I used PayPal just in case there was an issue and... there wasn't!

I ordered a cpu from them a few weeks ago (around 300$) and they shipped it to me and it went missing. They are at fault because they didn't tell the delivery company to take a signature. I've been in contact with their support for weeks and it seems like they are not taking responsibility. They keep telling me that I will receive an email within 2-3 days but nothing is happening.

TLDR; Package went missing and they didn't take responsibility for it even though they didn't take a signature.
