I, too, had my judgment on this site when it involved ordering the PS5. I'm here to say that antonline gained a valued customer. They were 100 percent transparent with me on the shipping information and detail of my item.
Loved everything except order tracking. You are only shown the order number once and that is absolutely necessary to track the order and completely unnecessarily difficult to obtain after moving past the page that displays it. SCREENSHOT THE CONFIRMATION PAGE
Aside from that, my day 1 Series X arrived on day 1 while Amazon and Walmart both said day 1 pre orders could arrive as late as December 30th.
5/5 Stars, tracking sucks if you expect to be sent a tracking number or shipping email. You will get neither.

The whole experience was great! Didn't have to fight the bots, the order process was perfect, and the shipment notifications came out very timely. Only negative thing was UPS just left it on the front porch even though ANTOnline sent it signature required but thats on UPS. Didn't get it on launch day but they stated very clearly the console would ship on the release date which is exactly what it did. Great experience, but I hope now that so many people are happy they won't fall prey to bots as well!

They kept me updated on my order status right up until the moment it shipped and then I used the UPS tracking so I could know when it was being delivered.
