Order ps5 bundle. Came by FedEx with signature required which was great because many places are not doing that. Great packaging.
Everything went seamless. Placed order. Received confirmation email. Received notice prior to shipping and date of receipt was exactly as scheduled. Couldn't have been happier. Had concerns due to past reviews but fortunately found them to not apply in my case.

This was a pretty good experience ordering from them Good communication. Only qualm I have is that o bought a PS5 bundle with 2 games and another controller. They put all 9f that into a big box with no packing material so my ps5 box had a pretty good dent in it and one of the games got jarred loose in the case and got scratched. So kinda disappointing but at least I got my PS5!
My order came just as described, and they continued to inform me on what was going every step of the way.
Would have been 5* had it arrived on launch day. I do think it's ridiculous that customer service cannot confirm online payments. It's likely why I won't order again.
