It took two weeks to get my order- I had ordered what I thought would have been a beautiful embroidered long sleeved fall looking jacket. Instead I got a cheap looking polyester item with printed design on it- no tags. Cheap. Cheap. Cheap. I have been trying for two days to be able to return it, but they haven't replied yet. After reading one of the other reviews, it looks like I will have to count this as a financial loss and lesson learned.

RUN AWAY before even considering placing an order with Annie Cloth. After waiting over 3 weeks to receive the items I order, I discovered that they look nothing like what is shown on line. When I tried to return them, the tracking that never worked before my order arrived suddenly showed delivery a week sooner than when I got the items - they refused my return request because it had been over 15 days from their tracked delivery date. Just wish I would have seen company reviews before I was foolish enough to place an order.

Who do they pay to write positive reviews of their junk or do they write them themselves?! I ordered 5 items and ALL of them were sent separately over 7 weeks. Annie
Cloth only gives customers two weeks to return any item knowing full well that the shipping will be too expensive to return one item at a time to China. They show pictures of quality clothing and accessory items on their website and what you get is cheaply made knockoffs that you wouldn't wear in public. The coats I got were not machine embroidered as the pictures show, but blurry images of embroidery printed on a cheap sleazy dyed white knit. The dye was only on the slightly fuzzy surface of the coats so that when the fabric stretched even a little you could see white between the fibers. The scarf was made of the same fabric as the coats and the appliquéd leaves that were shown in the pictures were just printed on with some of the ends of the leaves cut off. The bottom seam wasn't sewn shut. The bright green shoes made of "soft leather" and driving moc style soles were hard olive colored plastic with an ugly full sole and I couldn't even get my foot in them. None of the items were the colors they were supposed to be. It cost me 70.00 to send them back. Thank goodness I paid with PayPal and I can recover some of the shipping cost.

Pay attention to the grammar on the 5 star reviews. Clearly English is not the first language of the reviewer and the sentences are structured as Chinese speakers whose English is a second language structure their sentences. It looks to me like they are even trying to scam the reviews. Those reviews don't respond to questions. It is not OK to advertise and picture a piece of clothing which is absolutely NOT the clothing you are shipping. Why don't you take pictures of what you are ACTUALLY SHIPPING? Otherwise this is fraud.

This site is a scam. I wish I would have discovered this review site before I ordered. The sweater I received looks nothing like the one from the picture at the site. It should be called something like Pink snags Sasquatch sweater or Pink Bigfoot sweater snags included. It's very thin and came with snags in the lining. Don't waste your money. They aren't even ashamed of the poor quality. Shame on them for tricking people. When you do things like this to people you curse yourselves. Those who say they are happy with their orders have to be blind. Shame on you Annie Cloth and the other companies out there that are ripping people off. I did a reverse image search on google using the image of the sweater I purchased from Annie Cloth and hundreds of other companies showed up selling the same sweater. So there are hundreds of companies pulling the same scam on people. The first picture is the from the site for the order and those that follow speak for themselves. I don't know how they aren't even embarrassed.

This is an absolute scam. They have stolen photos from reputable retailers like Sundance company and at best you'll months later receive a packet that is NOTHING like what was advertised to you. Paypal will not help you as they will side with this scam company providing a tracking receipt. Think about this why are the photos of the model's heads chopped off? It's because they have stolen the photos from reputable retailers to fool you. Don't waste your time and money. I can't understand why Paypal and the government have not put a stop to this scam company and so many like it by now.
