Garbage! Shear GARBAGE! Ordered KNIT casual fingerless gloves, GOT printed on polyester pieces of trash that could probably be picked up at your nearest Dollar store for $1.00 if that. Didn't even come to a breath close to what (I THOUGHT) I had ordered. Did I learn something? Yes. Don't go near the place! Look at the photos and you will be amazed.

I bought a fabulous dress here. Arrived on time and easy to return. Very happy, I would definitely recommend it.
I bought a sweater that looked like it was warm and thick and when it arrived, finally, it was cheap and flimsy. The photo and the actual article of clothing looked nothing alike. They are scam artists. Don't buy anything from this company. You will be wasting your money.

I wish I had done some research before I ordered from this site. What was sent to me is a polyester joke that is not a sweater. I wouldn't even wear it as a bathrobe. They scam you on the return that you have to pay for or they offer a partial cash refund that you will NEVER see. Spread the word!

The item received is not like the item they advertise. Received item is poor quality. The return is a rip off, you must return to address in China and pay custom fees and more. Stay away from merchant!

I purchased the "knitted" sweater from Annie Cloth. It took over a month to receive the garment. I was shocked to find teeshirt material - printed with a knitted like pattern. The garment had a return slip document. I emailed a return request to *******@anniecloth.com with no response. Annie Cloth responded after the my 3rd email. They offered 15% refund to keep garment and have it adjusted. I asked for a refund. No response now for 3 days (I emailed a response 3 times to the same email. According to the email, I must get authorization to return the garment to China. The email states that the authorization will be given "within 48 hours. It's been 3 days - no response - no authorization. I am placing this review to warn other customers about this web site. The photos are amazing - but the "knitted" products on the site aren't really knitted - they're printed on very thin white teeshirt like fabric. Customer service doesn't promptly respond to emails - and after 5 days of requesting a return label - Annie Cloth hasn't responded to 3 more emails from me.

Do not use this company! The items look really cute but are nothing like shown in the pictures.
I ordered what looked like a cute purse online. When I got it, the zipper was 2 inches to long for the purse and the pattern was pixelated and looked nothing like I ordered. The fabric also did not have the cool texture shown in the picture. I tried to return it though Paypal. They wanted the item back but for me to pay for shipping. They charged me originally 7.00 for shipping and for me return it with the required tracking, the cost would be over 100.00! That is more than I paid for the item. I am sure that the company is aware of this and that is why they would not give me a refund or give me a return label

I ordered shoes and a sweater. The shoes are super cute but the sizing is hard to fit. There are no half sizes so I ordered the next size larger but the shoes were enormously too big. I would exchange them but it took over a month to receive them. The shipping label indicated it came from China. I am still waiting for the 2nd item I ordered. It's been over six weeks now. I won't order from them again. I'll just take the loss. There is no way I want to wait for a refund or an exchange.

Absolutely first class. It is not necessary to buy a second-hand dress in another store. The choice of styles and designers is excellent and the service and value for money is of perfect qualification.

The sweater and top I ordered from this company looked nothing like the pictures and were made out of some cheap material! The sweater was particularly horrible and stiff! Just plain ugly. They replied that I would be responsible for all shipping back to China and any custom and other charges that occurred. They recommended a 15% refund to get alterations to the clothing rather than a refund BUT that doesn't fix cheap and ugly! My purchase will go in the trash because I don't even feel good about donating it anywhere! See photo!
