I order two things, a purse and a coat. The coat was to be size 4xl. I usually wear 2 or 3xl. There was no way I could get my second arm in coat. It must have been a Large. I notified the company within the 24 hour deadline. I was told I would have to send it to china. It would cost more than worth, they told me. I was offered 15% of the coat. I have not recieve the purse as yet! Probably won't see the purse!

HORRIBLE Company MISLEAD customers! I didn't even want to give them 1 star but t had no choice. I have been disputing through Paypal for 2 weeks and still NO REFUND and STILL MISSING part of the shipment, some items showed up almost a Month after ordering ( which didn't happen until after I opened a case with Paypal) and they were DAMAGED not aS described and cheaply made. There was also a SMELL to them like they had been in storage. I asked to return THEY TRIED TO NEGOTIATE AND OFFERED ME 60% OF WHAT I PAID TO KEEP THE ITEMS and they finally give me an address to ship them back to IN CHINA and want YOU TO PAY FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COST for their DAMAGED POOR QUALITY ITEMS. ( On top of that they have a 15 day return policy how are you going to get the items back to them in 15 days when they know it takes 20 minimum to get into the states) This company should not be able to MISLEAD CUSTOMERS in the US they should have to make it very clear on their website that they are an INTERNATIONAL COMPANY. They are TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE, they are RIPPING OFF US CITIZENS. I use Paypal to ensure I am protected against these situations assuming that the companies are legit. This company should not be able to use Paypal when they are Obviously TAKING ADVANTAGE OF US CUSTOMERS.

Incomplete delivery on order, quality of clothing is the worst--not at all like photos on site. Cheap fabric, poor workmamship, terrible sizing (in fact, garments are not even sized proportionately). Customer service nonexistent. I worked at returning stuff for a month, then found out it would cost me over $50 to return items to China!
As a writer, I'd like to point out that all of the "positive" reviews here are written in the same style/voice. Very obvious that they come from one source... you can guess who.

This company ships from China. Besides a VERY long delivery time the cost of "returning" or exchanging the items is prohibitive. They offered to refund $5 dollars on my purchase and suggested I use the refund to alter the "cloth" if size was an issue!. See email below. The products were poor quality, took a very long time to arrive and could not be returned. Purchase at your own risk

Answer: The return address on the package is New Jersey but if you want to return it, it has to go to China. That costs about $25 in shipping

Answer: Save your questions on how to order the correct size and just DON'T order from them, the quality is crap. I sent pics of what I received versus how they are portrayed on their site and their reply did not answer to my issue of the quality, but to the cost of the return and how the return cost to CHINA is the customers responsibility. If you get ANYTHING, it will be a chinese knock-off of reputable clothing, pure unadulterated junk. IF you get it at all. They will not accept any returns & if you sre persistent enough, will offer you $5 To keep it and have it "altered". This site, NoraCora & others are rotating scam sites. Do your homework & I'm sorry you spent $700.
